Leonard Brothers Vets - Whitchurch

We have for the last 9 years of living in Whitchurch always had great experience with Leonard Brothers. Everyone from the Vets to the reception staff have always been kind, patient, considerate and listened to what both my husband and I when going in for a Consultation or an operation for our dog/s. We most certainly will recommend.

Reminders good.. bookings quick....staff are lovely and pet friendly....Rob the Vet Checked Marco all over and gave jabs without problem...gave advise for future as Marci now 7 yrs Rob checked out bald patch on tail and investigated with vet colleague at no extra charge x very goo vat ;)

Leonard Brothers Vets are absolutely fantastic. The whole team genuinely cares about the animals they look after. Arlo is always so well cared for - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent veterinary practice.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Emma & Amy at Leonard Brothers Veterinary Clinic. Both have taken great care of my cats — always being thorough, attentive, and compassionate during their visits. The clinic has shown genuine care for our cats and both vets have taken the time to make sure everything is properly checked and explained. Overall, the clinic staff is supportive, friendly, and helpful, which makes each visit much less stressful. Compared to other veterinary clinics I’ve been to, the level of care, patience, and understanding they show toward cats really stands out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leonard Brothers Veterinary Clinic to other cat owners!

Excellent vets. Staff went above and beyond for a small pet emergency and also did a follow up check of baby Guinea pigs.

Everyone at Leonards are so friendly and professional. We have been taking our 15 year old cat there since we found her cold and abandoned three years ago (who kicks a 12 year old cat out?!?) They really look after her. Great service, great advice and care for our beloved girl who now has a warm and loving home. 5* to Leonards

Always feel welcomed, receptionists are always friendly and showing attention to Potter vets are brilliant. Potter has 2 conditions and other allergies they always explain in full detail which I appreciate as someone with adhd and autism. From the get go they've always made effect for Potter to feel safe and welcomed, he's always excited to be there.

The team are always fully versed with my pet’s history and put my pet at ease on every visit. They explain treatment options in detail and a manner in which I as a non-vet can understand. My dog likes the team and that speaks volumes; as long as she is happy, I am happy

This used to be such a wonderful veterinary service, better than it needed to be. Now, just a big, faceless business. If you need an out of hours service, they don't (as they used to) do it. You have to go to Stoke or the other side of Wrexham. Is this the best thing for an ill and distressed animal? I think not. Because of this type of service I will never have another pet again. This review is not after a recent experience but with several months gap. Still painful.
