We have been visiting VetsforPets Cowley for our dog for several years. We recently visited for a dog dental treatment and we are very happy with the care received. The whole process was well explained and the vet made us feel reassured. A special thank you to Martin and both medical and non medical staff for all the help! Highly recommend this place.

Kind, friendly and caring with plenty of available appointments. Feel they've really taken time to get to know my dog and that he is in very safe hands. Highly recommended.

We always have an excellent experience at Cowley Vets4Pets! Our pug genuinely loves going because the vets and reception team are so warm, caring, and friendly with him. Thank you for always making visits to the vets such a positive and enjoyable experience for our little one.

I cannot praise this team enough. Right from the start with my cat, TDog, they've treated him professionally and with kindness. They've been very helpful any questions asked. I feel very confident taking my pet to this practice

Always find time to see my two cats when they need a visit and take such good care of them. All members of the team show an active interest and care in the animals, I wouldn't go anywhere else

My cats came here and I wish they never did. We were having my cat put to sleep, which is already a horrific experience, but we found out she had actually passed away in the car on the way to the vets. When we arrived (at the time of our appointment) we told them that we think she has passed. They told us to sit in the very open waiting room with our cat (who had just died) which was full of other owners, so we just had to stand near the lift. No compassion or empathy from the staff, did not offer to put us in a separate area or actually start our appointment for them to double check her state, didn't even say they are sorry that we have to wait. We had to watch other owners go in for their appointments with their pets, even though our appointment time had already passed. Luckily, one kind owner noticed what was happening and actually let us take their appointment. Without their kindness, God knows how long we would have been waiting with our deceased pet. Once we were seen, they again had no compassion and didn't seem to care. Just confirmed her death and told us to pay at the desk. I have so many other stories from this place, but this one is the one that I will never forget.

The most wonderful vets where we take our 3 dogs. Dr Imran operated on our lab Teddy today and the care and consideration for him was outstanding… thank you so much and highly recommend to anyone thinking of a new vets …. Best James
