Amazing service as always! The team has looked after all of my pets for many years and have always been so accommodating. The receptionist team, vets and nurses truly go above and beyond. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets!

Was going well until the vile experience I had today, lost £75 deposit for a simple vaccination for being 10 minutes late. The receptionist was unwilling to help and kept wanting to make another appointment emphasising I lost my deposit. Really think I want to give you more money? **Update** So immediately you're going to start off by lying.I had two appointments, Yes I missed the first one. But I was only 10 minutes late for the second appointment, to include the second appointment for my second cat and call it half hour just shows what liars you are. You should be ashamed of yourself. Also we've already contacted you about refunding the £17, also please dont be condescending like this is a gesture of good will, after you just out and out lied here. Do you really think I will trust you with my cats after you lied?

I've been a customer for a few years. Most importantly, the veterinary staff are consistently excellent. On the other hand, one might expect the reception staff to be a bit more capable and helpful than they generally are.
