I went to this vets recently with my cat with a reaction to blackseed oil which all cats do. Anyways he said that that the cat is having some skin reaction to something didn't even look at his skin and see if he had fleas as a friend told me it is flea he is allergic too. So I had to go back and get some flea medication I was so upset as my poor cat was get small Absesses that popped and looked horrible his head is so bad and now bald. I don't know it was not what I was expecting. I've used this vets in the pass and it's been better. Not sure I would go here again after this as this was just a small issue what about something bigger or maybe just don't use the man vet again

As a rescue we always get those calls for help. Today frankie and david literally saved a cat from death. This family were quoted £12k to remove a suspected bowel blockage. 2 other vets had got the treatment soooo wrong and a cat nearly died. After i contacted the surgery on the owners behalf spoke to frankie things moved fast and within hours surgery was done and the cat is hone and happy. Cannot thank you two enough for saving her.

I can’t thank Franki & David enough. I won’t name but after being let down by a large chain vets and with a critically ill cat, David agreed to see her and provide treatment she urgently needed immediately. I felt at ease and as I told him he is our hero he gave us hope for Flo and what has turned out to be a short operation she will make a full recovery and is coming home soon where she belongs thank you thank you thank you!

Absolutely brilliant. The staff are amazing with great knowledge and enthusiasm. They care about the wellbeing and health of the pets over money. They are well equipped and clean and the surgery is warm and welcoming. They are professional and prompt and just fantastic. I have recommended to three other pet owners already which will be coming over to this vets

I have recently moved to the area and have helped my mum bring in her elderly dog, vets have been friendly and nice,I have come 3 times now and each time there is a lovely lady on reception,I believe her name is Franky or Francis, each time we have come she has greeted us with a genuine friendly smile, asked how our dog is,fussed her,and made us feel welcome and valued. I wanted to leave a review as in my experiance its usually vets that get feedback, but I feel this lovely lady deserves to be recognised. Thank you from us all

Just arrived to the place 7 minutes late because spent time looking around for the place due to the navigation sending us behind the building as we were unaware of the area, and got told that our appointments cancelled because the “Vet” had said that they had a look at our profile and cannot do it because we didn’t show up. We have said that we couldn’t find the building and if they checked our dog’s profile they would have seen she needs to be seen 7 days after her last appointment as there is a large area of concern towards her spine which is VERY important. Disregarding her actual NEED of an appointment and it’s very busy during this time so it would be difficult to get an appointment when it’s a busy season. Very disappointed and shocked as it was our first time here and definitely the last. Which it also says that it should be cancelled from 10-15 minutes but it sounded like it got cancelled even just 3 minutes of being late.
