Vets for Pets - Middleton

As a family we have had several pets registered here over the years. Lovely friendly team. The Nurses, vets and receptionists are all very welcoming and helpful. Thankyou. 😀

Just had to have my bunny put to sleep at this practice. They supported me throughout with kindness,compassion and understanding at an extremely difficult time. I couldn't have asked for more,and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you so much 💓.

We needed to get our dog to Thailand. The vets and the team were exceptional making it stress free with the DEFRA requirements. They kept us updated at every stage of the process making sure we were doing everything required. Big thank you

I will never go to any other vet this is the best place and the best role Dan done my dog a operation a couple of years ago as my poor doggie was attacked and he done a fantastic job for my dog now he’s just recently been put to sleep as he was poorley he was and still is my world I will always have the special memories with him good night god bless my life Rooney ❤️

Somewhat confused to be told that they do not service rabbits. Even though there are pictures of rabbits on their Google Maps page and pricing information on their website for rabbits. However, the lady seemed polite on the phone.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Vets for Pets Middleton. Last Saturday, I brought in a homeless, sick cat that I had found on the street, hoping for some compassion and guidance. Instead, I was met with zero help, zero empathy, and zero heart. The receptionist made me feel like I was an inconvenience and seemed eager to get rid of both me and the poor cat as quickly as possible. It was upsetting and shocking, especially when dealing with a vulnerable animal in need. Based on this experience, I do not feel I can trust this clinic with my own pets and I moved to another clinic all my pets. When I message clinic about my experience I received no response. Compassion and care should be at the core of any veterinary practice, and sadly, that was completely missing here. And I have never asked you to keep this pet overnight as I was able to keep it. I asked only for vet to gave him antibiotics as he clearly had a cat flu. Receptionist stated I have to register this homeless cat as mine and pay for the vist. It was ridiculous as cat was not mine. I took him to another amazing vet clinic and cat got antibiotics, was checked, everything free of charge. At vets for pets Middleton there was no compassion and not even common sense.

Piss poor service. Dog has a hole in her back, bleeding, oozing. Try to get appointment at 3.30pm, told no on the phone. Started to look elsewhere to take a look at her. Get text 10mins later saying to bring her in for 6pm. Get there for 5.45pm. At 6.45pm they tell me she wont get seen today and to come back tomorrow. Shambles.
