Somewhat confused to be told that they do not service rabbits. Even though there are pictures of rabbits on their Google Maps page and pricing information on their website for rabbits. However, the lady seemed polite on the phone.

We needed to get our dog to Thailand. The vets and the team were exceptional making it stress free with the DEFRA requirements. They kept us updated at every stage of the process making sure we were doing everything required. Big thank you

Piss poor service. Dog has a hole in her back, bleeding, oozing. Try to get appointment at 3.30pm, told no on the phone. Started to look elsewhere to take a look at her. Get text 10mins later saying to bring her in for 6pm. Get there for 5.45pm. At 6.45pm they tell me she wont get seen today and to come back tomorrow. Shambles.
