I rang Prima on Easter Sunday and yet again I was seen within an hour. My beautiful 18 year old Bengal girl more than likely has kidney disease and I didn’t expect to bring her back home. After a thorough exam of her abdomen , she was given an opioid injection and some medication for at home. We don’t know how long she has left but I am so grateful for another few days if this is all we have. 😥 Thank you for seeing her so quickly and during the holidays too…. And being gentle with her. I am very very grateful 🙏 Thank you so so much Jane & Bibi

As responsible council-licensed breeders, we have been using Prima vets for four years now. We had tried several places before finding them, but we now happily travel a distance because they offer the best all-round expert advice, care, and support. Vangelis, the vet, is brilliant and is always making sure every stage of the process is planned for success. We receive fantastic guidance regarding all aspects of health and fertility. Craig, Carolyn, Josie and all the other staff are friendly, professional, and wonderful to deal with. When we return with the puppies, we know they will be thoroughly and correctly checked by people who truly understand puppies. This gives us confidence that they can go to their new homes in perfect health.

Amazing as always! Bringing a new puppy in was like bringing Christmas presents in to the staff! Everyone showered her with love, attention and positive associations with being at the vets and with her being a puppy, this is an absolute MUST! And as usual, they did not fail. They was gentle with her as she was a little scared, they demonstrated kindness, compassion and a true understanding of what it means to treat animals with respect and love. They advised me on which insurance they think is better to go with and also explained which policy to try and choose as I was struggling to understand how the insurance world works and they also said that they offer 5 weeks free insurance through Agria if I wanted to take it… And of course they welcomed me again with open arms and we had a catch up on how life has been with a new puppy and in general. There is genuinely absolutely nothing bad I can say about anyone at Prima vets! I have previously come into a difficult financial situation with one of my other animals and they was more than helpful in every way possible. Thank you guys, from the bottom of all of our hearts, for being the best people I’ve ever had the privalege to meet! Jodie, Willow, Blondie, Lux,, Booboo and Narla ❤️

Our first visit to register our new rescue dog and have health check. All the staff were brilliant, very welcoming. Being our first visit we weren't sure how our dog would react but we needn't have worried. She was settled and she loved her treats. Thank you.

First time today with my 10 year old springer spaniel for health check up. Very friendly and helpful staff. Waiting Room nice and big which I like, made my dog more relaxed. Vet very nice. Would recommend if thinking of changing vets.
