Apply for early access and complete Verification. We’ll contact you about availability, timing and next steps.
Does my practice need to be Verified?
Yes. The reviews software is for Verified practices. Verification checks your practice against the RCVS register and the accreditations shown on your listing.
What does the reviews software include?
It gives clients a simple way to leave a written or video review. The reviews they submit are ready to publish on your listing, website and social media. You can also bring in reviews from other places when you have the right to reuse them.
Can we import reviews we already have?
Yes. You can bring in reviews you have the right to reuse from supported review websites or a spreadsheet.
Can practices hide negative reviews?
No. A client-submitted review can be published whether it is positive or critical. Reviews on Vet Verified follow the same moderation rules for every practice, and a practice cannot prevent or remove a review because it is critical.
Do I need to agree to buy anything?
No. Registering your interest does not create a subscription or commit you to the software. We’ll explain availability and price before asking you to decide.
