How does my practice get access?
Apply for early access and complete Verification. We’ll contact you about availability, timing and next steps.
Does my practice need to be Verified?
Yes. The reviews software is for Verified practices. Verification checks your practice against the RCVS register and the accreditations shown on your listing.
What does the reviews software include?
It gives clients a simple way to leave a written or video review. You can also bring in reviews from other places, keep them together and share selected reviews on your listing, website or social media.
Can we import reviews we already have?
Yes. You can bring in reviews from supported review websites or upload them from a spreadsheet.
Can practices hide negative reviews?
Practices choose which approved reviews they feature on their own website and social media. Reviews submitted for publication on Vet Verified follow the same moderation rules for every practice. A practice cannot remove one simply because it is critical.
Do I need to agree to buy anything?
No. Registering your interest does not create a subscription or commit you to the software. We’ll explain availability and price before asking you to decide.
