Audience

2,418 active clients

A drag-and-drop email editor showing a veterinary practice newsletter and its selected audience.

One clear workflow

From a useful idea to the right inboxes

Keep the campaign, audience, feedback and results together from the first draft onwards.

  1. 01

    Build the campaign

Start from a veterinary template or reuse sections your team has already approved.

  2. 02

    Choose the audience

Select the clients the message is relevant to and check who is included before sending.

  3. 03

    Review, send and learn

Approve one final version, schedule it and see what clients read or click.

Everything in one place

Send thoughtful campaigns without adding another complicated process

Reusable content

Save approved headers, service panels, contact details and calls to action.

Relevant audiences

Organise recipients around the information and care they are interested in.

Simple approval

Collect comments on one draft and make the final sender clear.

Useful reporting

Compare delivery, opens, clicks and unsubscribes without building a spreadsheet.

Campaign builder

Start with the practice, not a blank page

Choose a veterinary campaign idea, apply your logo and colours, then arrange clear content blocks around the message you need to send.

  • Templates for seasonal advice, practice news, services and events
  • Reusable blocks for opening hours, booking links and contact details
  • Desktop and mobile previews before the campaign leaves the practice

Audience tools

Send something relevant, not everything to everyone

Build clear audiences from the client information available to your practice, then check the final count and exclusions before anyone presses send.

Unsubscribed and invalid addresses stay out of future campaigns, helping your team respect client choices without maintaining separate lists.

Review and approval

Keep feedback attached to the campaign

Invite the right colleague to review the subject line, advice and links. Resolve comments on one version, then make it clear who approved the final send.

A final checklist brings the audience, sender, subject, links and scheduled time together before approval.

Built for practice teams

A calmer way to keep clients informed

Keep unsubscribes and excluded contacts out of later sends automatically.

Preview every detail

Check the subject, sender, desktop layout and mobile version before scheduling.

Plan ahead

Prepare newsletters around seasons, services and practice events while there is time.

Report clearly

Give the team a straightforward account of what was sent and how clients responded.

Common questions

About access and email marketing.

How does my practice get access?
Apply for early access and complete Verification. We’ll contact you about availability, timing and next steps.
Does my practice need to be Verified?
Yes. Email marketing is being designed for Verified practices. Verification checks your practice against the RCVS register and the accreditations shown on its listing.
What kinds of email can we create?
You’ll be able to create newsletters, seasonal advice, service updates, event invitations and other useful client campaigns from reusable templates and content blocks.
Can we send different campaigns to different clients?
The planned audience tools let you build relevant groups from the client information available in supported systems and review who will receive a campaign before sending it.
Will email marketing connect to our practice management system?
Connections are being planned for supported practice management systems. We’ll confirm supported systems and secure import options before you connect client data.
How are consent and unsubscribes handled?
The planned sending flow records audience and consent information, includes an unsubscribe option and keeps suppression choices in place for future campaigns. Your practice remains responsible for choosing an appropriate audience and lawful basis.
What campaign results will we see?
You’ll be able to see delivery, open, click and unsubscribe activity so your team can understand which subjects and content clients find useful.
Can we add sign-up forms and past emails to our website and Vet Verified profile?
The planned tools let you add newsletter sign-up forms to your practice website and Vet Verified profile. You can also choose which past campaigns remain available as a browsable archive of advice and practice news.
Do I need to agree to buy anything?
No. Registering your interest does not create a subscription or commit you to the software. We’ll explain availability and price before asking you to decide.

For Verified practices

Ready to send fewer, more useful emails?

Bring the campaign, audience, approval and results into one practice workspace. Apply for early access and we’ll explain how to get started.

Already Verified? Email the team and we’ll add your practice to the early-access list.
