Post generator

Turn an idea into a first draft

Generate draft
Create a friendly Instagram post about preparing nervous cats for a vet visit…

Plan ahead

See drafts, campaigns and scheduled posts in one calendar.

Review together

Keep feedback and approvals with the post they belong to.

Publish consistently

Prepare each channel’s version, then choose when it goes live.

How it works

Turn an idea into a scheduled post

Give the whole team a clear path from the first draft to a post that is ready to publish.

  1. 01

    Connect your channels

Keep the social accounts for your practice or group together in one secure workspace.

  2. 02

    Build each post

Add your caption, images or video, then tailor the details for each social channel.

  3. 03

    Ask for approval

Send the draft to the right colleague and keep their notes beside the post.

  4. 04

    Choose when to publish

Pick a date and time, check the calendar and let the schedule take care of the rest.

Create posts

Prepare every version side by side

Write the main message once, then adjust the caption, image and format for each channel without losing track of the original idea.

  • Preview the post before it is scheduled
  • Save reusable campaign labels and content ideas
  • Keep unfinished work safely in drafts

Shared calendar

See the gaps before the week gets busy

Put every draft and scheduled post on one calendar. Filter by channel, branch or campaign so the team can see what is ready and what still needs attention.

Move work to a better day without rebuilding it, and keep a clear record of what has already been published.

Review and approve

Keep feedback out of scattered messages

Ask a colleague to check clinical wording, campaign details or branch information. Comments and decisions stay with the draft, so everyone knows which version was approved.

For veterinary practices

Made for busy practice teams

Social content often involves several people, sensitive subjects and more than one branch. The workspace is being shaped around the way veterinary teams actually plan and review posts.

Keep branches organised

See the whole group together while each practice keeps the right accounts, drafts and schedule.

Give people clear roles

Let colleagues draft, review or approve without sharing social account passwords around the team.

Keep clinical checks visible

Ask the right colleague to review health information and keep their approval beside the final wording.

Reuse what works

Keep useful images, evergreen ideas and approved copy ready for the next campaign.

Plan recurring content

Make space for seasonal reminders, team introductions, practice news and useful pet-care advice.

Handle last-minute changes

Reschedule a post or move it back to drafts when practice priorities change unexpectedly.

Common questions

About access and social media scheduling.

How does my practice get access?
Apply for early access and complete Verification. We’ll contact you about availability, timing and next steps.
Does my practice need to be Verified?
Yes. Social media scheduling is being designed for Verified practices. Verification checks your practice against the RCVS register and the accreditations shown on its listing.
Which social media channels will be supported?
The first release is being planned around the channels veterinary practices use most. We’ll confirm the supported channels before you connect an account.
Can a group manage more than one practice?
Yes. The planned workspace lets groups see a shared calendar while keeping each branch’s accounts, posts and approvals organised.
Can colleagues approve posts before they are scheduled?
Yes. Drafts can be sent to the right colleague for comments and approval, with the decision kept alongside the post.
What are the inspiration gallery and post generator?
The inspiration gallery offers veterinary-specific campaign and content ideas that you can save to your plan. The generator turns a topic and a few details into an editable first draft for your team to check and approve.
How do social posts appear on our Vet Verified profile?
You choose which scheduled posts are also shown on your public profile. They appear alongside your verified practice information so pet owners can see useful advice, team updates and practice news.
Do I need to agree to buy anything?
No. Registering your interest does not create a subscription or commit you to the software. We’ll explain availability and price before asking you to decide.
