Common questions

How Verification and the apps fit together.

Do we need to use every app?
No. Every branch starts with Verification, then chooses the apps it needs. You can add another app whenever the practice is ready.
Why does every branch need to be Verified first?
Verification is the foundation of the platform. The checked practice details your team manages after Verification are what the website, reminders and other apps build on.
Will we have to enter our practice details in each app?
No. Your team manages opening hours, contact details, services, prices and photos once in your Vet Verified account. The apps that need those details use the same approved version.
Can different branches choose different apps?
Yes. Each branch is Verified separately and can subscribe to the software it needs, while a group can see every branch together.
How much does it cost?
Verified membership and each app cost £250 plus VAT per branch each month, paid annually. Early adopters pay £125 plus VAT per month for their first year, with unlimited users and usage. See our pricing page for everything included.
