Nothing but praise for this fantastic team, they do everything possible to fit us in for an appointment at short notice whether it routine or emergency. Always compassionate and caring when the difficult decision needs making and always accommodating to the animals needs as well as our own. Their expertise with small furries is increasing which can only be a good thing with Berkan leading the way. His dedication and commitment to this avenue of veterinary care is commendable and much needed. Berkan is truly an amazing member of the team. We’d be lost without him. He really does go above and beyond for our animals. Berkan was the first vet to listen to us with our miniature dachshund who was overweight. After almost 18 months of increased exercise and food intake reduction, to the point our dogs hair fell out. We met Berkan for the first time who arranged tests to find our dog had hypothyroidism, after being told my others she was just fat and it was our fault. Since then, he has been truly invested in all our animals. Thank you Rase for having such a fabulous vet :)

My dog was attacked on saturday and they saw him, even though he was not registered with them, they just registered him whilst we were there. They saw us as soon as we arrived, and vet we saw was lovely, so kind and understanding as my dog was traumatised and in shock and a lot of pain. Thank you, you are a life saver!

We had the nightmare experience of taking a very poorly 14 year old Terrier to the new Newark Road Branch, tonight. with a joint conclusion between us and the Vet, that crossing the rainbow bridge was the only option, both the Vet and the Receptionists were absolutely brilliant, compassionate, caring and extremely supportive. We were given a recommendation for cremation, which we will use. We can honestly say that for such a painful experience, this new Branch of Rase Vets has given us outstanding care, we both really appreciated everything done for our Pet and us as a couple. Full 100% recommendation. Thank you so much for your help at a very difficult time. Mike and Linda

Amazing vets, brilliant staff. Accommodating, kind, considerate, understanding & professional. I've had two emergencies this year & I can't praise them highly enough for the quality of advice they gave before procedures & for the attention of staff during aftercare.

We needed to see a vet urgently whilst on holiday in caravan. Rase Veterinary in Lincoln was fortunately open Saturday evening until 10pm and willing to see our chihuahua immediately who’d developed extensive sneezing. The vet was fantastic and thorough and advised rest and a weeks course of steroids. Total price £ 39.00 !! Amazing service, excellent staff and have been highly recommended to other caravanners on our site 😀

Yep, these people were good. We got what we wanted, antibiotics for my daughter’s lizard. We had quite a late appointment having essentially cancelled the afternoon one. Although we could have had a home visit. The ladies on reception were great and the vet himself had done some research prior to our visit. Word of advice to anyone looking to take an iguana to the vets - use a dog crate !
