Handled my hamster with care and patience - he had to be euthanised and they were incredibly patient and kind to us and my lil guy. They explained everything clearly, with no pressure/ bias and are responsive over emails/phone.

We recently joined Lincoln Edge Vets with our puppy who is now 8 Months old. All the staff have been friendly, kind and patient, very informative and great every visit. Everything is crystal clear with regards to fees, and procedures. We have used other vets in the past, with our other pets, however I think Lincoln Edge Vets has been our best experience so far. Thank you all

Lorna was patient and thorough with our little dog. She didn't rush and made sure we understood all options. Never felt like we were being pushed to do more and more tests. No1 concern was animal welfare, not sales. Totally recommended.

Lovely vets. Very thorough and caring. Very reasonable prices. They won’t try and push you into other treatments that you may not need/want. They listen to the owners! I recently had to have my old boy put to sleep at the age of 14, as always it was done with care and consideration. Invoice not sent for 2 weeks. Very happy with them.

Really friendly staff, clean facilities and a welcoming atmosphere, whether you are there with a tiny kitten or a 6-foot python. Surprisingly well-priced too!

Absolutely terrible experience and I will not be returning. My dog died on 28th November, which was devastating for me and my family. His body was sent for cremation and the ashes were returned around 12th December. A friend kindly collected the ashes on my behalf, and I was informed I would need to pay the invoice. The invoice was only issued around two weeks ago, yet since then I have received constant calls and repeated invoices, despite the very recent bereavement. I have been beside myself with grief and found this level of pressure deeply upsetting. On 22nd December, I called and paid the invoice in full, knowing that it needed to be settled. Despite this, I also received a letter threatening court action, stating that invoices must be paid within 30 days — even though the invoice had not been issued 30 days ago. This complete lack of compassion and understanding for a grieving pet owner is shocking. At a time when sensitivity and empathy should be paramount, I felt treated like a problem rather than a person who had just lost a beloved family member. Insensitive, distressing, and handled very poorly. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who expects care and compassion during one of the hardest moments of pet ownership.
