We used this service on bank holiday when my bird had become unwell , we were met at the door & a nurse took her from me to give her oxygen as soon as we arrived , the vet Gregory was brilliant , & attentive to my girl & reassuring . I wouldn’t hesitate in going back here if I needed to

My numpty beagle ripped her claw over the weekend (total 180 degree angle) pouring blood everywhere. The lovely team saw us and swiftly were able to take off the claw. All the staff were very friendly and said how much they liked Dorothy. Such a lovely team!

They have just saved my cat's life. Yes, expensive, but it's expensive wherever you go for emergency treatment. I was given the options so no complaints. No one put a gun to my head. This is the price you pay for trying to save a beloved family member. If he survives or doesn't survive long term, they tried their absolute best. Very hard working and very compassionate professionals in a very stressful profession. By the way, Jumbo says thank you and apologises for being so grumpy.

We had an emergency trip to Vets Now Lincoln on Easter Sunday as they are the out of hours clinic for my usual vets. The staff were all so kind and kept us updated on the status of our very poorly cat Dixie. The vets and nurses were kind as unfortunately after some tests it showed our cat was very poorly and the kindest thing was to say goodbye. They gave us time to say our goodbyes and made a very sad time much easier knowing everyone was so kind and she was looked after to the very end. Today I received a card of condolences which was so thoughtful. Thank you 🙏

Fantastic vets, they really looked after our dog Friday evening. Bambi is doing really well since our visit and she can put pressure on her leg again. Still limited exercise and being carried up and down the stairs but she is doing amazing well. Thank you so much for looking after her

My dog took poorly on Saturday pm, own vets closed so reached out to Vets Now. From first phone call to end of Jaks treatment this vets cannot be faulted. Jak was treated as if he was their own, staff and facilities were excellent. Thank-you from both of us.

This was my second visit in a week to vets now due to our dog Milly developing Vestibular disease. Both times of visiting the service from vets now was exemplary, from the first contact through to leaving every single person at the practice were professional, friendly, caring and helped me feel at ease and confident that our girl was receiving the best possible care. Yes it is expensive but it is an emergency service that is there when you need it and I will gladly pay as much as is needed to ensure my dogs are receiving the care and treatment they need. All costs and treatment options were carefully and clearly explained and I was given a choice before committing to any costs. Gives thanks to all that looked after our girl on those nights - from a very grateful dog mum!

The vet was amazing with Bruce, she was really good how she gave us 3 optoons then advised her thoughts as he had been sick 9 times and high heart rate. He was so looked after and loved by the vet nurses too. We missed him but they enjoyed having him. Thank you to all concerned.

The nurses that we saw and the vet were very helpful and professional and were able to confirm no problem with our little dog. But this out of hours service is eye-wateringly expensive with a huge standing charge just to be seen regardless of any treatment required. As I say, good service but at a huge cost.
