I’ve used Brambles vets for many years, so disappointed this morning after driving to Barnwood with 3 cats for a flea treatment consultation to be told I have to pay £53 consultation fee for each cat, I’ve never had to pay before this has always been a free service and I wasn’t told this prior, incidentally they have been selling me the flea treatment having not seeing 2 of my cats for 2 years.

Our dog is very nervous and had his first visit today since being adopted. The young lady on reception was so kind and the vet so gentle and confident with him. Absolutely amazing to see him so calm.

Thank you to all the staff at Brambles over the years with our dogs and cats. The time came for our 16 year old cat Shadow to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Rachel was very compassionate and made our decision less painful.

We have been clients for nearly 30 yrs with our dogs past and present and even our aged tortoise with is a testament in itself to the reassuring advice, treatment and help offered by Neil and his friendly team. Our dogs compete in agility so need to be in peak condition. Over the years Neil and his team have gone above and beyond to help with diagnostics and treatment and I trust Neil implicitly. In today’s climate very reasonably priced too. I can highly recommend and would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you.

Been at Brambles with my animals since 2002 … best practice in Gloucester. Neil and the staff are amazing and really care about every animal they look after. They have seen me through some very tough times when we have lost one of pets and through some tricky surgeries and also happy times greeting a new pet. They have not only looked after my cats and dogs but the dogs I rescue and foster too. I wouldn’t trust any other practice and I love that they are the last independent vets in Gloucester… they always have the animals best interest at heart and genuinely care. I recommend Brambles to everyone and our whole family are clients. I also love that Brambles are embracing traditional veterinary medicine with alternative therapies with the wonderful Bel … love having a vet that is so skilled in acupuncture, massage and natural medicine. Brambles are forever evolving with services they offer and think it’s amazing they now have facility for key hole surgery. When it comes to value for money Brambles excels … unlike other vet practices who have become solely money oriented & have sold out to big companies, Brambles genuinely cares and will go that extra mile for your pets as they truly care and you are made to feel like part of a big family.
