Crossroads Vets - Hazlemere

Ellie was very helpful and friendly and treated our cat care.

It never used to bother my dog going to the vets but now its very hard to even get him out of the car! The staff are very friendly and understanding.

I have used Crossroads for many many years, right back to when it was originally Archard and Walter’s 40 odd years ago. I have always found all of the Vets, Nurses and Receptionists to be lovely, kind and empathetic throughout the years. We have had some elderly dog and cat losses over the past few months and the care towards both the pet and owner has been exemplary. Five stars all round.

Really friendly, helpful team, from reception to the nurses to the vets. We were recommended this practice by a friend, and will be recommending Crossroads to others in need of a vet going forward. Thank you for looking after our kittens!

Great vet, kind and considerate. Allowed me to wait in the car and came out as too many dogs in the waiting room for my cats liking.

Crossroads is a friendly and caring veterinary practice that have been very patient and gentle with my nervous dog who no longer has to be dragged or carried through the door. The premises are clean and parking is good.

Have brought my second cat for neutering at Hazlemere crossroads and been a breeze. Really professional staff and price with plan Really good. Thank you

Shocking experience and antagonistic treatment upon raising my concerns. £70 for a c. 6 minute appointment which involved a visual assessment on my dogs ear and diagnosis/assumption of it being habit, despite this an option for prescription drugs at a further cost with no internal assessment of the ear. Unclear on diagnosis and what was being prescribed. Will be moving my dog to ensure he is cared for appropriately. Equally that I am treated rationally.
