David, Becky and his team are truly wonderful! So kind and genuinely care for the animals. I have been in awe of how knowledgeable you are, how you do all tests right there and then and share the camera footage and swab results (I do love looking - fascinating) - just fantastic. Thank you so much for all your treatment so far with Mabel’s pseudomonas ear infection - I know she is in trusted hands and just wish I had found you years ago so you could have helped my boy who isn’t with us any more. I would recommend you to anyone, and have sung your praises to my local day to day vet. Thank you so much!

My dog was recently diagnosed with Cushings which has caused calcinosis and hair loss over most of his coat. David Bentley provided some wonderful advice on how to manage the symptoms and hopefully get his skin cleared up soon. Thank you again, Liz and Paolo x

Just occurred to me that I’d never left a review and I definitely should have! My cat Milly has been a patient of David’s since 2020, after trying countless other treatment options for her over grooming that was leaving her bald and sore on a large portion of her body, David was able to quickly diagnose the exact things that Milly was allergic to (everything, apparently!) and treat with immunotherapy. Both him and Becky are friendly and helpful and always on hand to answer any questions and provide a clean, friendly and organised practice that I am so grateful to bringing Milly back to her friendly, fluffy self!!

I wish I'd known about this practice earlier. So professional, friendly, and helpful. My Parker has suffered with his ears since we rescued him. Thanks to Mr Bentley, my boy is free from pain. So much knowledge and explained it in a way I understood. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. A big thank you to them all.

Finding Dave at Dermvet was a god send for our Border Terrier, Benji. Benji had suffered since birth with ear infections. These had been continuously treated unsuccessfully by our own vet. Continuous treatment was effecting Benji's personality and treatment was becoming more difficulty with each fresh infection. Over the last year Dave has successful treated Benji, with steroid ear spray and immunotherapy and has now been clear of ear infections for six months. We finally have our pet Benji back to his normal self and more importantly his quality of life has improved immensely. If you have a pet suffering and are unable to get satisfaction at your own vet then please do not hesitate in contacting Dermvet. Finally, thank you to Dave and all of his team at Dermvet for everything you have achieved.

CAN'T THANK THE TEAM ENOUGH!!! EXCELLENT, COMPASSIONATE SERVICE, EXPERTS IN THEIR FIELD!! Our gorgeous, gentle American Bulldog Spike had been rubbing his ears on and off for about a month, we treated at home but the problem wasn't going away. He was clearly very uncomfortable even though there were no real outward signs to indicate what the problem was. As soon as we saw David Bentley he knew immediately that Spike was suffering with severe chronic otitis caused by allergies. David advised that Spike would need a general anaesthetic so that he could put a camera into the ear canal to find out how bad the otitis was. The news was not good. David feared Spike would need complete ear canal removal as the swelling was so bad inside Spike ears. However, David offered an alternative treatment first in the hope that Spike's condition could be improved and managed. David gave us some liquids and steroids and strict instructions to massage the liquid into the ear canal for 5 minutes twice a day. We even set a timer to make sure we did it for long enough. Spike had a follow up appointment for a second camera to check to see if any improvement had been made. "Nothing short of miraculous" I think David's exact words were.... Spike had made a near complete recovery! We must keep up with the treatment and have regular check ups for a couple more months, then Spike would be issued with anti-allergy treatment which includes regular injections to combat his allergies. We're now about a month into the treatment and Spike is back to his old self, generally being a nuisance and snoring his way through life upside down on the sofa. There are some horrible photos of the state of our poor boy's ears, but instead we've posted a few happier pics. Thankyou to all at B,B&B, I've recommended you for years for general veterinary services, now I shall pass your number on to anyone with acute skin issues too.
