All the staff are very welcoming and are focused on Sprout (our Lurcher) as well as making sure we are aware of what they are doing. They are very caring and try to make sure he doesn’t get too distressed.

We have always had great service at BB&B and would definitely recommend them. The vets that we have seen have always put our dog at ease as much as they can so that is why we would recommend them.

My cat wasn't eating. He had bloods taken. He had various injections. Came away with tablets and fluids. Cost £511. No clear outcome. The vet didn't have a clue, could be this, that...f I wanted further analysis of the blood - extra £200+ I returned for a check up 2 days later - another £60.50. Shouldn't the follow up care be included?

The practice are friendly, and the vets themselves are very good at explaining things in detail so that you're not left with any questions. They are happy to take their time with you to make sure you know all the best options for your dog. We are very confident taking our dog here and receiving good care for him.

Lovely veterinary practice. I've been going here for a number of years with my fluffy cat and always feel very welcome and well advised. Easy to get to, decent shaded car park, friendly staff. Even a dedicated 'cat waiting area' in reception : )

Very disappointed, I had two puppies to vaccinate and to do the microchip and been charged 325 pounds after I’ve been told that would be 105 per vaccine and per microchip for each Puppie over the phone, very unfair. A month ago another vet charge me for another 2 puppies (vaccine and microchip) 148 pounds, 325 pounds it’s more than double in this case.
