I have used this practice for 46 years with various pets . I have always found them to be very friendly, accommodating , explain things well and are upfront about fees . Recently my dog has had strange issues which they investigated thoroughly and kept me informed at every step whilst having to deal with the covid problems . Such a relief vets were allowed to stay open . Absolutely excellent practice .

Excellent all round veterinary practice, nothing is too much trouble for them and their costs are very fair. Anyone who complains must certainly be out of touch with reality and a habitual complainer.

The service received by the vets , nurses and receptionist has been outstanding over the 19 years they have cared for both my cat and dog .Having to euthanase both in the last 10 months has been heart breaking but even then, the care given was sensitive and understanding. Every step of the procedure was explained. I would highly recommend Bell, Brown and Bentley to anyone who wants the very best of care for their pets throughout their life and at the end. Thank you.

Lovely, professional staff. We have used Bell Brown & Bentley since moving to the area in the 1980’s. They have looked after our cats with the attention and concern you would expect from animal lovers. On three occasions, with a beloved pet needing to be released from their pain, the vet has made a house-call so our cat could die in familiar surroundings and with her family. It takes a special mind of person to understand the needs of the animal as well as the recognising the needs of the owner. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

It is always a pleasure coming to see the vets at Bell, Brown & Bentley. I can normally see the vet the same day, sometimes as soon as “in 15 minutes” if there are appointments available. All of the staff, from reception through to the vets, are wonderfully courteous, extremely professional, and very empathic when it comes to dealing with any aspect of looking after your pet. If I moved out of the area, I would still keep them as my vets; they are that good.
