Matt was an absolute star from start to finish. He was incredibly kind, welcoming and reassuring with both us and our cat from the moment we arrived. He was fully transparent throughout, gave plenty of helpful advice and clearly explained whenever something could involve an additional charge. What stood out most was his genuine care and honesty. He thoroughly checked our cat, even shaving the area to get a much better look, and still did not charge us a penny for it. That level of kindness and professionalism is rare to come across nowadays. Recommended to the highest degree.

Amazing practice. We switched after move and our feline boy got bitten. We considered rehoming due to issues with his health for his safety, but after a very gentle and thorough examination by the vet, we were given options to work with so that he can stay a well loved member of our family. Notably cheaper than our previus vet, with an offer of free first consultation.

We have been clients for many years, and we can’t thank the staff enough for their kind caring attitude, showing professionalism at all times. They always have time to discuss any concerns. The dogs love all the staff and they are always made to feel special.

I have peace of mind knowing my dog is with this practice. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They offer great customer service and care for my dog. They are reasonably priced. I have highly recommended them to friends and family who have had bad experiences elsewhere.

Great practice - it’s clear the team love animals and treated our dog brilliantly. We were grateful that they were able to see us on the Monday after the bank holiday.

Been with them for, literally, decades and wouldn’t even think of taking my fur babies anywhere else. They also helped out a friend when her bird passed on. They’re all lovely but a special shout out for ‘Aunty’ Gill aka The Cat Whisperer (can’t mention the D word although I understand she ‘whispers’ to them as well). Karen & Lulu

Excellent welcome from the staff who took time to confirm our pets health record and give him some fuss and attention to put him at ease, then through to the consultation room where we met a vet who is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Ten minutes later, issue sorted , a very reasonable fee paid and we are on our way home with a very happy greyhound. Thank you folks, you made our visit memorable for the right reasons. Highly recommended, the focus is on animal welfare rather than profit.
