We love bringing our animals to you, but yesterday's visit wasn't a success because the lady who vaccinated Lajla unfortunately doesn't know how to do it. She can't. Not even half of the vaccine was administered. Last year, when Lajla was vaccinated, the visit lasted five minutes. The kind lady held the cat by the neck and administered the vaccine herself. No blankets or force were needed to pin the cat down to the table. The ladies at the front desk were, as always, very kind.

We honestly felt like our special boy was in the best hands from the moment we brought him in. After needing an emergency appointment first thing in the morning, followed by a 24-hour hospitalisation, the team were incredibly accommodating, compassionate, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They monitored Franny closely, kept us updated regularly, and truly listened to both our concerns and wishes every step of the way. It made such a difficult and stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Thank you so much for everything you did to save our old boy, Franny. He’s already back to his sprightly, vocal self, and we’re so grateful not only for the care you gave him, but for how much you clearly cared about him too. We could tell you all took such a shine to him, and that meant the world to us ♥️🐱

Do not take your pet here. Found a stray cat in my house with a burst abscess in the middle of the night. Blonde hair women had attitude the minute I rang up. Brought the cat in and the old male vet wasn’t interested at all just wanted money first thing he mentioned didn’t even look at the cat. Never seen anything like it they don’t care about looking after your pets just money need shutting down disgusting people.

I have been attending Medivet since 26th December with an ongoing issue, and after Dr Kishen Parekh returned from leave, the difference in care was immediately and unmistakably clear. His level of clinical competence, professionalism, and genuine compassion is truly outstanding. Dr Parekh has an exceptional ability to communicate complex medical information in a way that is clear, calm, and easy to understand. He took the time to explain every detail thoroughly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I fully understood both the problem and the treatment plan. This level of reassurance and transparency made an incredibly stressful situation far more manageable. Despite trying various medications previously with no success, Dr Parekh quickly identified the need for a different approach. Acting on his advice, my dog was hospitalised, and the results were nothing short of remarkable. Within just 24 hours of treatment, my dog was completely transformed — energetic, happy, and back to behaving like a puppy again. His diagnosis, plan, and expectations were all spot on. What truly sets Dr Parekh apart is not just his medical expertise, but his genuine care for both animals and their owners. He treats pets as if they were his own and shows real empathy and understanding towards the families who love them. His confidence is reassuring, his manner is professional yet warm, and his dedication is evident in every interaction. I only wish I had seen Dr Parekh from the very beginning. The outcome speaks for itself — my dog is now happy, healthy, and running around again thanks entirely to his expertise. I will not be seeing anyone else in the future. Dr Parekh is an absolute credit to Medivet and the veterinary profession. Thank you so much once again — I truly have my dog back because of him.

WHAT A FANTASTIC PLACE!!! We brought our beloved family member — our tabby — here after an awful experience at PDSA. PDSA wanted to put her down multiple times. 😢 Thank Christ my partner stepped in, because I was believing every word they said… the lies, the grotesque lies. They claimed she needed major surgery, that she wouldn’t make it, and that we would need to drive to London or even further for a specialist — because apparently that’s what she needed. LIES!!! ❗ Cruel, evil misinformation. At one point, my partner had enough and said “Get her ready — we’re leaving!” 🚗💨 Then we came to MediVet, and what a difference. They did NOT agree with PDSA’s assessment. They treated her with compassion, clarity, logic, and care — and within 24 hours she was completely fine. ❤️🩹 No gloom, no doom, just proper veterinary care and kindness. The turnaround was unbelievable. 🤯 We arrived around 1AM and were greeted by Francesca, who was sharp, attentive, calm — you could see the intelligence in her eyes instantly 👀💫 She saw our cat, not just a case number. She cared. They carried out everything she needed — scans, blood tests, overnight stays — and all of it was worth every single penny. 🩺💛 To the heroes who saved our girl: 🐾 Francesca (vet) — you were outstanding 🐾 Giuseppe (vet) — kind, steady and reassuring 🐾 Helen (vet) — calm and professional 🐾 Charlotte (nurse) — a true cat-lover and gentle soul 🐾 Charlie (vet) — brilliant daytime follow-through Thank you ALL for saving her, for treating her life like it matters. We are clients for life — and for many more lives to come. 🐱💖

I cannot thank Medivet enough for the time they gave to my almost 15 year old boy and how kind they were when we needed to make the horrible decision to help him cross over the rainbow bridge. It is the hardest decision to make and they were all so supportive and very sympathetic. This is the second time I’ve had to visit here for the same reason and they have been brilliant each time. Thank-you team Medivet ❤️🩹

I couldn’t recommend these vets enough. I rang in desperate need as was turned down by 3 other vets who weren’t prepared to help as it was past scanning hours. Medivet were the only ones prepared to help and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness to us and my little lady Olive. Despite us not getting the outcome we all wanted (and I could tell they truly did want her to pull through to), they was amazing. Constant updates, never felt like they was annoyed if we called or wanted to come in to see her. We didn’t feel forced into any decision, not pushy at all. Whilst having to put our olive to rest, they gave us as much time as we needed and was so kind and lovely the whole way through. They truly did everything they could for Olive and for us and for that I cannot thank them enough. Every vet or nurse we had dealings with was so lovely. We have met so many bad ones over the years so dealing with you guys was a true delight and we knew olive was in safe hands. Thankyou so so much for everything. It’s gave us some peace knowing you did everything you could for Olive and whilst she was in your care she was truly lucked after and cared for. Thankyou from us & our little angel Olive 🫒 ❤️🩹🪽
