I have used this vets for many years. Everyone is always warm and friendly and they really care about your pet. Nothing is too much trouble and they really listen to any problems your pet has giving you confidence that you are helping your pet.

Fantastic staff, reception staff, veterinary surgeons and nurses are all lovely, they are welcoming, friendly to the humans and to our cats. Clearly all animal lovers. Everything is explained clearly. Everywhere is clean & smells clean. They have a little quiet area for the cats.

This vets group messed me around and wasted so much of my time. I would not recommend to anyone looking for an efficient and organised vets practise. I had booked an appointment with the vet for my dog’s worming tablet and pet passport sign off so we were ready for travel overseas. Closer to the appointment date I was contacted by the receptionist that the vet I had been booked in with was not qualified to administer the treatment and changed my appointment time to see another vet at the practice. I then received another phone call on the day of our appointment instructing me to travel to another Park Vet Group practise outside of Leicester as the Vet onsite did not have the stamp required to sign off a pet passport. This new practise was now over 30 minutes away from where I was staying. This totalled over an hour of driving for me. I will not be returning or using this group again.

I had a very warm welcome this morning . I was a little early . My cat was somewhat unsettled and the receptionist resolved his very quickly. I was kept informed about my cat .upon collection I brought up to speed on what to do over next week . I can truely say that the whole experience from dropping and collecting Bibi has been amazing Highly recommend

Excellent vet surgery - great staff from reception to the vets. Understanding, respectful and caring towards cats. We have been really impressed with the overall service here, and have even had vets trying to help us with longstanding issues that flare occasionally, so we didn’t have to keep coming back. Much better than the Glenfield branch who we’ve used a few times for emergencies - they are not transparent, whereas scraptoft lane are!

I have just done an update on my previous review posted and it went AWOL! Anyway, as promised - if the lead vet at this practice managed to change the procedures at the point of euthanasia for pets, consultation, form filling, double checking etc that I would change my review back to what this practice deserves for the medical care of your pets. This I have done. I'll give it 5 stars. Great vets, always available in emergencies, great receptionists. Wishing Park Vets all the best for the future from me, Dawn and Sheba. Thanks for looking after her while she was alive. Would highly recommend👍🏼
