Ordered yesterday after their stock was checked over the phone. Arrived today as promised. Great price for the prescription item.

The latest order arrived as promised and as usual, it was amazingly well packaged. I am very grateful for the amazing service Vets4U provides as it allows me to give my cat her vital treatment at a fraction of the cost that I would otherwise have to pay at the vets (not the vets’ fault, their hands are tied when it comes to drugs). Their customer service is amazing: I got an email once when they could see my order hasn’t been delivered yet, it was delayed by Royal Mail for some reason and they looked into it for me. More recently I was worried I wouldn’t get an order on time as the status showed it was awaiting stock so I called and someone looked into it and minutes later called me back with an update that it was being packaged as we spoke and that I would receive it the next day, and I did! I can’t recommend them enough, and I am sure that if there was ever a problem with an order, that they would go above and beyond to make sure it was sorted.

I don’t review often but I feel as this involves medication that I must share my opinion that no one should use this service. I see reviews on people feeling supported with advice but please don’t trust them with medication orders. My rabbit has been in a lot of pain recently and cannot hop or clean. After a vet visit we were told she is healthy but has arthritis and is in pain. We were given a prescription for metacam and she’s a happier rabbit for sure. We decided to go with vets4u as a dispensary in future. We ordered on Friday as there was a delay in getting a prescription so paid £10 for next day delivery before one o’clock and their website says they deliver on Saturdays. Saturday comes… nothing. I phone but they are closed weekends. No correspondence on Monday so I waited until the afternoon in case it came, then phoned. The man on the phone was polite but said they have none in stock!!! He guaranteed they’d have it in the next day and I’d have it by Wednesday, my rabbit now has had nothing since Sunday. Again no correspondence so I phoned Tuesday afternoon and by this time the change in my bun is noticeable. The man I spoke to today was calm as you like and told me they wouldn’t be getting any and it might come in the next day! This company isn’t selling breakfast cereal, and I’ve never known a business that is allowed to sell you something if they don’t even have it in stock, not without informing you anyway! Apparently it was my fault for mis-understanding, and that next day delivery is from the moment they dispense the medication, and because they don’t have it in stock, they’ve done nothing wrong. Only sold me something they don’t even own and expected me to wait a week when they advertise next day. I’m absolutely heartbroken and feel like the worst pet owner in the world, I regret ever seeing their website. Had it refunded and will go somewhere else. Disgusting!

I have now used Vets4U twice and I couldn’t fault them, I wont go anywhere else for my dogs medication now. It has been John I have dealt with and he has always been very helpful. Delivery has been fast and the items are packaged well but not in far too much wasted packaging like other companies. Highly recommend!

Asked for some advice on my dog, and after setting up an account and registering my details with them, they booked me a video consultation. They answered all my questions and put my mind at rest. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommended 👌 I've continued to use vets4vetrans with one of my other dogs, lexie, who sadly has bad arthritis and hip dysplasia. She has to have monthly prescription medication, and these guys are brilliant. From start to finish, they make it so easy to order, and they keep you fully updated, from dispatching to tracking. The customer service is definitely second to none. These guys are brilliant, and I want to say a big thank you and paws up 🐾 from both lexie and myself

My consultation for my pigeon Thumper went really well. Adam was very patient and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and suggested the best way of treatment moving forwards. Very happy and will be using the service in future.
