The most knowledgeable and consistent vets for your equine needs in the area. We have been with them for about 12 years and have found them to be a fantastic team from the reception staff to the vets themselves, always professional and caring. Call out charges are very reasonable in comparison to veterinary services that are a lot closer too. Happy to recommend :)

Had to call for an emergency visit recently for my big lad who was struggling to breathe, from initial call to visit KEV were frankly bloody amazing! Also the calls after the visit to ask how he was , I’m thoroughly impressed not to mention extremely grateful, (Natalia, Jake and I very much think you are awesome Thank you 🙏)

Very pleased with my latest appointment with vet which arrived to vaccinate my yearling Highland pony. She called me half an hour earlier to let me know that she’s on her way (at the time it was agreed when booking the visit). Visit went smoothly. She was very friendly and chatty. Would be happy to have my next appointment with her as well.

Dan arrived with his assistant Wendy on time cheery and so friendly, for Bomber our miniature Shetlands Castration, The whole procedure was very calm and organised, Thankfully a nice dry day where everything was done outside in the paddock. Bomber was relaxed and this made a huge difference to us to see how Dan did not rush anything. Bomber also pulled at their hearts being a model pupil, Everything was explained in great detail. While the castration was taking place and the after care also was explained in full what to expect and any possible problems, Which thankfully did not occur and Bomber has recovered so quickly and holds no grudges😎 Bomber would just like to say “Thanks Dan losing my boys bits was nowhere near as bad as I had imagined and look forward to seeing you soon” The Reid family.

Although it wasn't an emergency call out, I was worried about the injury to my horse and concerned by the wound bleeding continuously. The vet was concise with her questions over the phone, gave clear advice and confirmed that she would visit. When she arrived, she examined the horse calmly and explained the treatment options fully, giving me a chance to decide how to proceed. Her approach was professional, confident and left me reassured and able to treat the wound myself, adding that I could ring her if I was at all concerned about anything. An excellent service and one that I am lucky to have available to me and my horses.
