Really lovely welcome, kind words and a knowledgable expert. We were stressed and apprehensive about going - it’s a worrying time when your pet needs specialist care - but we’re put at ease and felt confident in the kind words of the vet. Thanks so much everyone. We’ll miss you now we are signed off!

My GSD recently had surgery by Donald Yool for cancer in his jaw, they managed him very well & always so helpful & polite. After worrying about his wound I received an email at night reassuring me after I'd sent pictures through. Highly recommend

Gracie attended SVR for cataract surgery. From the initial consultation, Kirsten and Lucas were attentive and understanding and ensured that we had all the relevant information to decide if the surgery was right for Gracie. Once we decided to proceed, the surgery was scheduled for the earliest possible date, and SVR excelled in putting our minds at rest when we bombarded them with question after question. One of our biggest concerns was that Gracie suffers from anxiety separation, and we were concerned that being diabetic, Gracie would refuse to eat and, therefore, not be able to take her insulin. Kirsten accommodated this by replying that if the operation was successful and the eye pressures were ok, we could take Gracie home that night and return with her the following morning. From the day of the surgery to the follow-up 5 weeks post-surgery, I can only say that the care from SVR, has been excellent, and we would not hesitate to use or recommend their services to any pet owner. Since the day of the operation, Gracie has grown in confidence and is back to enjoying life to the fullest, and that is all thanks to the great team at SVR. Big thank you to the nurses and admin staff too. A fantastic team all together 🐾🐾
