A brilliant Vet practice. I needed an emergency appointment for a poorly dog. They fitted me in quickly and were so kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend this surgery!

We were travelling around the NC500 and our little cockerpoo decided to have anxiety attacks when she was in the car. Made an emergency appointment here and cannot thank the kindness and empathy from the receptionist who answered the phone to the Vet. We cannot thank you enough for your help with our “baby”. Thank you thank you thank you - 5 stars is not enough.

Excellent service, I am a first time cat mum and can be quite anxious. Any treatment is always fully explained and the staff are so reassuring. Everyone in the practice make such a fuss over all the animals, I leave much calmer than when I arrived.

Absolutely fantastic people. Ted was extremely sick and so close to the end, but they helped in every aspect. They were such helpful and friendly people, and they saved his life. I cannot thank them enough. I wasn’t ready for the loss and honestly don’t know what I would have done, but they pulled out all the stops. Now my dog is in recovery, and I feel comfortable knowing they have given him the best chance. Thanks to all the team and everyone involved.

Moved into the area and needed a new vet. Easy to get to and bus stop right outside for people who need to use public transport. The receptionists gave a warm welcome. Nice sitting area for cats. No surprise with bill it was very reasonable. Everything was explained prior to consultation. Joanne Patience Veterinary Surgeon was great with my cat and I felt really assured Really nice experience. There is also a pet plan available which is very reasonable.

Fabulous service for our dog. This is not our usual surgery but we were treated with compassion and understanding and the dog was happy. We have now joined this surgery. Thank you

5 stars for everyone at inshes veterinary surgery! Yesterday I suspected my little dog P had pyometra and got an appointment immediately, I left her for tests to confirm and before id even left the carpark I received a phone call that the ultrasound was complete and she had confirmed pyometra - and they scheduled her surgery immediately. I was kept informed of costs, the process and how she was. I am so so grateful to everyone who helped my little dog, I am sorry do not have the name of the individuals who dealt with me and my dog but thank you so much! My dogs wound looks absolutely incredible, so tiny and neat, you would never guess she had such a major surgery! Thank you to everyone involved in my dogs care ❤️❤️❤️

Needed a short notice appointment as our elderly terrier became unwell on holiday. They advised us to contact our vets so her history could be forwarded and when we arrived (same day appointment) they were able to access her history and give us options for treatment. Really happy with the time she took to listen and the range of options we were given.
