It’s rare to find a place like this nowadays. From the moment you walk in, you can genuinely feel that the vets and staff truly care about the animals - not just as patients, but as beloved family members. The atmosphere is warm, personal, and welcoming. You don’t feel like just another appointment on the list; you feel heard, supported, and reassured. I’ve previously been with Crown Vets, and the experience was completely different. It felt very corporate and impersonal, more focused on charging through pet insurance than on the wellbeing of the animal. Being part of a large chain really shows in the approach.

Balloch is my local. OMG, Ive literally found 2 angels in Alison and Becky, they instil confidence, calm and caring, I feel so lucky and grateful to have them in my dogs lives. Have had to go to Nairn and Forres too for particular procedures, all staff there amazing too.

Eddie had his nails cut and is such a nightmare to deal with, but the nurses were fantastic and worked very quickly xx

Very helpful and friendly vets, took their time and made our dogs feel at ease whilst getting their vaccinations. No drama, and no hard sells of additional products like other vets we've used. Very impressed, and will be using these vets in the future.
