My pets are always in good hands at the Forres branch with the caring, knowledgeable staff. I like that I am able to send messages requesting medication etc via the pet app. I've been able to receive emergency care for my pets out of hours. I highly recommend this vet group.

Must say a big thank you to Emma and the team in looking after our girls over their last few months with us. They were patient with us making the choice no pet owner wants to make with 1 pet let alone sisters who both had medical conditions throughout their lives. But right at the end it was time, and Emma helped us both through the hard decision to let them go. They came into the world together and Emma arranged they left together at the same time. Thank you for your compassion and help throughout these hard last few weeks.

Been coming to Moray Coast Vets for years - both Lossiemouth and Forres. Having spent 20 years in the military I have been to many vets all over the UK. Moray Coast are very much my preferred. I have always found them to be professional, reasonably priced and always have the care of the pet at the centre of their business. I have spent £1000s on my dog (ear infections and broken leg). I can honestly say it has been money well spent!!! They have dealt with the insurance company on our behalf, which has reduced our stress. I would recommend this vet group without hesitation.

I'll never forgive this clinic in Forres for not letting me be with my dog when she was anesthetized for her exploratory surgery during which she was euthanized with my consent after a phone call. She was there without me for one night and one morning probably feeling I had abandoned her, and then she died. In these circumstances, when a weak dog (or cat) likely has advanced cancer and goes into an exploratory surgery we should feel free to be with them in the last seconds before they close their eyes in the surgery room. It's cruel not to give us that option. After all these years I'm still riddled with guilt and I avoid that road. Finally said it..
