I can’t thank Hannah and the team enough, they were crucial to my dogs survival after an Adder bite and their quick response meant everything. We were taken quickly at Strathspey vets in Aviemore, who called ahead to Grantown where Zuzu the Cairn was moved and spent the night. Their assurance, transparency and professionalism certainly gave us the confidence that Zuzu was in the right place, plus the text updates provided huge relief for my wife and I. Zuzu was up and about the next morning so we were able to bring her home to rest and recover.

Couldn’t have asked for better service. Despite being busy squeezed us in. Quick and thorough examination- we left extremely clear with what we needed to do next As we were on holiday in the area it gave us peace of mind until we get home. Impressed they offered to forward details of their consultation to our vet back home. First class!

We were on a camping trip with the whole family when one evening our Newfoundland dog started vomiting without result. When his stomach bloated, we were very alarmed and called the vet whose number was on the camping information board. She confirmed we should come in straight away... So in the middle of the night we raced to them and yes, an emergency operation had to be performed to save our dogs' live. Being in these circumstances, us being abroad, talking in a foreign language and being very worried, the vets managed to calmly explain to us what was going on and what needed to be done. Although highly distressed, we felt our dog was in expert hands. That feeling was correct: although this was a major operation, now, five days later, our nine year old Newfoundlander is doing really well. We really appreciated the professionalism, which is supported by a very warm attitude. If you ever have an emergency (or just want good care for your animal), don't hesitate to call this vet!

Cannot give these guys enough stars to offer our gratitude for looking after our injured dog Bear when we were visiting the area. So kind, compassionate and efficient. Bear loved them too. Thank you all, so much.
