I am always treated with respect when I take Mac to wards vet. The receptionists are so lovely. The vets I have met at wards have been amazing with Mac. Thank you.

Always happy to see us (humans and pet). No question is a silly one and everyone has always been kind, patient and helpful. They always remember my dogs name and I love that too!

Always very helpful and friendly. I've never had a problem with wards vets, only wish they were never taken over by a large company out to make a profit out of our fur family members.

First rate vet practice. Had to change my vet practice due to not being able to get an appointment for two weeks for one of my pets, upon moving to Wards my puppy was seen that day and treatment given and the infection made all better. Every time I have subsequently had to contact the practice I have been offered an appointment that very day and they have been amazing, their care is very much for the animals and yes costs are rising but the vets and nurses do what they can to help and are so nurturing towards all the animals in their care I cannot recommend them enough and I am so thankful that I have switched my vet practice when I did

Had Fergus in for castration, hernia fix and dew claw removed. Great service looking after him very well with follow ups. Also in recently with Bobbie for annual check up, again very thorough and professional.

The only way I can assess the quality of a vet and their support team is through my, very intuitive, dog. I wouldn't say it's her favourite place to visit however she no longer avoids going in the door, she walks in head high and tail wagging. She no longer cowers & shakes in the waiting area and she even had a wee tail wag while in her check up with the vet. So, I reckon I'm safe giving it a high score from her - let's face it it's her opinion that really matters 😉 From a human side, booking appointments is easy, I get automatic appointment & tick meds due reminders. The staff seem to genuinely care and listen to my observations and we have a conversation about what's best for Willow. The practice is easy to find, simple and clean inside. Not many parking spaces at their door but plenty in the immediate vicinity Highly recommend this vet practice

Brilliant professional and friendly staff. Always polite and courteous. They treat my dog like a family pet and he gets lots of attention every time he visits. My dog really does like going to the vet.
