Crown Vets - Canalside

Friendly and knowledgable vets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our wee kitten had a bit of a rough start, but Crown Vets have been amazing with him. He has needed some extra care as well as his jabs and neuter, and staff have been lovely with him. They always explain their recommendations thoroughly and never try to push anything on you that isn’t essential. The Pet Health Care plan has been well worth it for us and I 100% recommend it, especially for a baby animal’s first year when you end up with lots of appointments and little bits (microchip/ jabs/ neuter etc). We have been to Canalside and Argyle Street, and both practices have a cat friendly waiting area with Feliway diffusers which I appreciate.

Excellent service, poor cat was ill in morning got an appointment for afternoon. I thought he had hurt his wee leg, turned out he had an infection and was terribly ill and sore. Erin ( vet) soon sorted it out. Today while still not over it, is back to his happy head licking., purring self. Very grateful.

Visited today for the first time, with our puppy and Cat. Melanie was absolutely brilliant. The practice and staff were very welcoming ❤️

Thank you the whole staff in making our furry boy feel comfortable and loved, after 15yrs with Rowlf we made the decision to let him sleep, he had terminal cancer. All the staff were kind, supportive and pampered Rowlf as soon as he came in the door. The vet guided us through each stage and did not rush the process. They also made paw prints and nose prints as our 2 older children who live away from home. Thank you all for making something real hard to do, easier and celebrate Rowlf life x

The woman we have just spoken to was incredibly rude to my partner after him asking for advice on our puppies ear, and because of a balance we owe to the pet health club that’s in the midst of getting paid off, we where denied even just advice on what to look for, absolutely disgusting behaviour from the reception. A simply question on an act of worry and we get told no you need to pay the full balance but let us take our dog for an appointment just weeks before hand, doesn’t make any sense, so rude!!! I’ll be de-registering both my dogs, which is an absolute shame as only one of your vets acts like he cares so much for the animals, but the rest of you put shame on it, all money hungry!!
