Dr. Dimitar Georgiev and his staff are so kind, friendly, and gentle with their patients. I brought my yorkie to be treated for a worrying bout of illness he was going through. It shows how caring Dr. Georgiev is. In every step of his treatment, I could see that one of his utmost concerns was with not stressing out my pup. There is not a more compassionate veterinary team than this one. Thank you all for helping my little one get back health!

Juicy here I recently underwent a rather serious dental procedure at this clinic, and I suppose I should share my professional assessment. The staff were calm, gentle, and clearly knew what they were doing. I felt safe and, to my mild surprise, quite comfortable throughout the entire experience. My human, on the other hand, was extremely worried — but I handled everything with remarkable composure. I recovered quickly and have since returned to my usual routine of being elegant, observant, and occasionally sprinting across the house for no clear reason. I am also currently subjected to a daily “medication ritual,” administered by my human with questionable technique but great determination. I endure this with dignity. Overall, the care I received was excellent. You may consider this a formal approval. Juicy (and a very grateful human) P.S. I remain fabulous.

We have been bringing out cats here for years -- they're knowledgable, friendly, and have been of great assistance, even when our eldest boy sadly passed unexpectedly. His younger brother, Mycroft, has needed some help lately and they have been thorough and patient with him. Brilliant independent vets who have always been responsive and understanding.

I’ve been taking my little dog for treatment to Queens Crescent Vets for over ten years. I’ve always found the vets and practice staff to be very dedicated. In fact, they helped to save her life six years ago. If my dog needs to be seen quickly, then they always provide a prompt appointment and keep me well informed about treatment and results. I would just like to say thank you for your help and kindness with Skye over the years.

Kaitlin and the team provided us with first class care when we took our guinea pigs Willow and Pepsi to the surgery. We were provided with thorough examinations and investigations into their condition as well as medication and advice. Thankfully both have recovered well. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this surgery to others. In addition to this we were sent a lovely condolence card when our other Guinea pig Biscuit died which very thoughtful and much appreciated ❤️
