Village Vet - Primrose Hill

I was walking my dog in Regents Park today, she was chewing on some wood, and a huge chunk got impaled in the roof of her mouth. There was blood everywhere and she was very uncomfortable, I could see she was in pain and panicking. I ran up to the village Vet in Primrose Hill, they put both my dog Bubble and myself at ease and took care of the problem, they couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. 5 stars is not enough to describe the care they gave my dog Bubble. Thank you Village Vet.

Really friendly approachable staff who made me and my very anxious dog feel calm and relaxed. The monthly health plan saves us so much money as vaccinations wormers and flea medicine all included plus a 6 monthly health check no extra charge. Also was not pushed for expensive treatments and advised on how to deal with minor issues at home rather than spending a fortune visiting the vet for every issue.

This isn't my usual branch of Village Vet, but I have been here before when my normal branch in St John's Wood was flooded. Had to bring my poorly cat Arthur here during the festive season as there were no appointments at our usual - and they were just as great as our regular vets. Friendly, honest and expert professional service. The vet was lovely and my cat was looked after with care and treated for a reasonable price. Fingers crossed, he seems to be back to his bright-eyed and bushy-tailed self now! Thanks so much to everyone at Village Vet Primrose Hill.

Barbara Thielman was the vet in charge of caring for my dog Arthur. From the very start Barbara took the time to ensure I understood all of the options available regarding his operation. Her kindness, professionalism and ability to put my mind at ease was incredible. I was so grateful that Arthur was looked after to such an high standard and his operation was a total success. He is now back to his happy self as a result of the exceptional care he received. I can’t recommend Village Vets enough especially Barbara. Thank you so much.

We weren't treated fairly nor well by this vet practice, they employ a variety of vets who are in our experience very cold hearted unprofessional and discourteous to boot. It's a shame.

My experience with this vet was always disappointing - they are useless and irresponsible. They administered my puppy's vaccinations earlier than recommended, rendering them ineffective. They also couldn't provide a simple worm treatment on the same day, whereas another vet did so in just a few minutes. It felt like they were more focused on exaggerating issues to charge extra rather than providing proper care. They seemed more like salespeople than veterinary professionals. After switching to another vet, I realized Village Vet's prices were quite high as well. Won’t recommend
