Professional and friendly service. In my personal experience, they have been very prompt with assessments and treatment. I like their "Pet Club" which allows you to spread the cost of vaccinations over monthly payments and includes a free health check and worming treatment.

Decided to switch vets to here after issues with previous. Lovely vets, the waiting room is spacious and well looked after, the vets are great - you can tell they love animals! All in all, happy with the switch.

Used to be a big fan of this vets but since they have been taken over by a big company they have gone down hill. They try to sell you unecessary tests at ridiculous prices. Usually take both my cats here but won't anymore. The vets they have now are scared of cats or just don't like them. They don't interact with them at all and refuse to check their teeth like they used too. Had this experience twice with two different staff. If you can't be nice to animals then get a different job. Putting animals at ease i would have thought would be the first lesson in vets school. Stop up selling products and overpriced services and get back to looking after our furry friends with some passion.

My cat had 2 broken teeth one each side of his mouth but after having a “check up” this was missed! I only found out this was the case after taking him to another vet for a second opinion and they found them straight away!!
