Our state-of-the-art facilities, including a convenient client car park, ensure that pets and their owners feel comfortable and at ease the moment they step through our doors.

At Afon Veterinary Centre, we boast a team of highly skilled and qualified veterinary surgeons who consistently deliver exceptional care and expertise. Our surgeons include Mr Delwyn Barker (BVetMed MRCVS), Miss Catherine Costello (MVB MRCVS), and Mr Gareth Mulligan (BVSc BSc MRCVS), all of whom are partners at the practice. Alongside them work Dr Katie Ball (BVM&S CertAVP MRCVS) and Dr Kathryn Douglas (BVetMed PgC in Feline Veterinary Studies MRCVS), who both offer their wealth of knowledge and experience to our clients.

In addition to our talented surgeons, Afon Veterinary Centre is proud to have a dedicated team of veterinary nurses, led by Head Nurse Mrs Gemma Edwards (RVN). She is supported by Miss Cerys Rees (RVN) and Miss Emma Taylor (RVN), all of whom play an integral role in providing high-quality care and compassionate support to our clients and their pets.

Our practice boasts an impressive line-up of advanced practitioners, offering specialist services tailored towards individual pet needs. Afon Veterinary Centre is pleased to offer its services throughout the week, with opening hours from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Please note that our practice is closed on weekends. If your pet requires urgent attention during our closing hours, we urge you to seek immediate assistance from your nearest emergency veterinary clinic.
