Amazing vets. We were with them couple years back with the Swansea St James, but since moving to Neath we didn’t bother going there anymore, however I now have 3 rabbits and last year one of them ended up with a cyst on his neck and it had burst, I took him originally to another vet in Swansea and they immediately said surgery without looking properly, I decided to come here for a second opinion and they took their time looking at him, assessed him and did recommend surgery however they truthfully told me that it would be more of a clean up considering the cyst had already burst (the other vets didn’t say this and wanted me to pay nearly £900 for something that could’ve just been cleaned and stitched up) they said the price could be between £400-£800 depending on exactly what was needed as they couldn’t see properly (my rabbit was being a bit cheeky) I then had a phone call hours after he went in for surgery saying that it was all done, there was no complications and he just needed it to be cleaned and stitched and he was doing great! My other vets wouldn’t have even phoned to let me know how he was doing unless I rang, they also would’ve 10000% charged me the £900 for just a clean and some stitches! They were so gentle with him which I really appreciated as I’m aware rabbits are not easy especially when they’re kicking about in their arms. Seeing the way they handled him made me happy too, they took their time & didn’t force him to sit still etc. He has now fully recovered and is happier than ever! It’s safe to say I’ll be returning here🙂 Here’s a picture below of my boy they treated🥰

Taken our dog Tucker for a check up, had a limp, his front left paw was found to cut and infected. Seen by Emma, checked and given antibiotics and prednisolone. He's now doing great, recovery was quite quick. He's now enjoying his Beach Walks at Aberavon ⛱️🦮😊👍

Very respectful staff, always very helpful over the phone or by email. Took my cat to be spayed, they did such a good job she displayed absolutely no soreness or problems after, didn't even need the cone of shame. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Totally appuling. Our Billy past a few weeks ago this vets did not carry out our requests. I feel when I walk in there we are a walking cash cow. My wife has emailed a number of time still waiting for a response. But we have paid the bill so why would they respond. We have lost 2 dogs in a year and a half. We have our last one standing so future visits this lot need to up their game. !!!!!
