My mother has took my dogs both here and both have not been taken enough care of, no notification for treatments when promised and none of the problems have been looked into properly atall before prescribing medication at a hefty price. SORT IT OUT. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

I didn't properly appreciate at the time as my head was all over the place. I'm hoping this review makes up for that. I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life and put my lola to sleep. They gave me plenty of time to make this hard decision and gave me and my dog time and space to say goodbye before and after. I wasn't rushed on making the decision or spending time giving her lots of love and cuddles. The vet openly and honestly awnsered all my questions so that helped me to make sure I was making the right and kindest decision for my dog. The little touch of kindness at reception of lighting a candle was added comfort and I appreciated that gesture. They phoned me a week later to collect her ashes. Which i was dreading as because i didn't pay for a memorial box i thought I'd just be picking up a bag of her ashes thankfully that wasnt the case everything down to the smallest detail was special she came with a little glass bottle with her hair was such a special detail and brought me much comfort. The box she is in is a lovely lavender box and this also reminds me of my mum who passed away last year so that was extra heartfelt. I can't thank you all enough for all the little added details just shows how looked after she was. Even when she was here and she'd came to see you you were always so kind and patient with her especially when it came to do her nails which she absolutely hated you always make it quick and as stress free as you could. lola only trusted you to do that. Thank you again for everything and taking such care of my lola 🐾

This is an excellent veterinary practice with competent vets and staff. I've used them briefly in the past and after visiting them again recently, it's nice to see they are still providing excellent service and care. Keep up the good work team.
