The surgery staff are so pleasant and caring. It’s like being greeted by family every time we return. They take a real interest in your pets and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

First class service from the veterinarian nurse who attended my dog tia and looked after her during the consultation.

Excellent service. Jo the vet is amazing and very fair and honest. The receptionist Meg is always welcoming and the vetinary nurses are always there to listen and help.

We rescued a 16 year old dog. Thought she would be passed off as to old when she went off her legs....nope the vets stayed late for us to get there , and they tried a number of treatments to make her more comfortable. The dog has a new lease of life now and will enjoy her retirement for some time longer. Excellent veterinary doctors! Listen well, check the pets all over and they clearly think and talk about whats best rather than just dishing out treatments addhoc.

Great experience. From contacting the vet to getting booked in was only a few minutes. Our 2 dogs are registered at the practice and have individual plans. The first visit was an assessment and options for treatment discussed. A plan was created and Plato (the doggy patient) was admitted next day. We were kept informed of progress and Plato discharged afterwards. The staff seem very knowledgeable and treat owners and their pets very well. Would recommend to all pet owners

Pet passport is a process whereby a multi page document has to be filled in and signed by a specialist vet. Richard made sure Lorenzo our English Setter was properly vetted. Thank-you, Richard. We recommend travelling on Brittany ferries with a booked pet cabin which made it an enjoyable experience and free from stress. On returning to Malvern Lorenzo needed to see vet on duty without an appointment. After a quick consultation Lorenzo was given an injection and course of treatment and his condition is improving - thank you.
