I’ve spent all afternoon trying to find the right words to express the humanity and consideration shown to me by this veterinary practice today. As veterinary surgeons, they are second to none. I’ve been registered with them for around eight years, and my opinion has never once wavered. But as a business — in a post‑COVID world, under the weight of rising costs and constant pressure — it would have been easy for standards to slip or for care to become routine. Instead, today they exceeded every professional duty and expectation. That level of compassion is only possible when a team’s primary commitment is to animal welfare and genuine support for owners. Rather than recount every detail of my experience, I’ll simply say this: If you love your pets and their welfare is your top priority, and you’re fortunate enough to live within their catchment area, yet you’re not registered here… are you certain they’re getting the very best? This is, of course, only my opinion. I would never presume to tell anyone what they should do. But I was genuinely humbled by the care I received today, and I encourage others to experience that same level of dedication.

Such a lovely bunch of people work at the vets. Always had the best service even at end of life with my dog. Would always recommend them!

I couldn't ask for better care for my dog. I have been using this vets for 2 years now. They have always been supportive and available. The staff from receptions, nurses, to the vets are all such friendly and helpful people. They genuinely care about each animal and do thier best to answer any questions you have. They put the animals wellbeing above profit margins and work with you to find the best solution for your pet that you are comfortable with. The pet plan options they provide make basic care for your pet affordable and are worth looking at. I couldn't praise them enough. My dog actually loves going to the vets and waits by the door to go.

We couldn't be happier with the team at Lowesmoor House Vets. From the moment you step through the door, the atmosphere is incredibly calming, which is a huge benefit, especially for our noisy cat! The reception staff are always welcoming and efficient and the clinical staff are truly exceptional. Their bedside manner is superb, showing genuine care and respect. It's clear they are passionate about the animals and not just their jobs (which is a massive difference compared to previous practices we've used). Communication is fantastic too, we really appreciate the regular updates via text and email as I'm quite forgetful! Highly recommended!

Cannot fault the people who work here. They provided the ultimate care and love for our dog in his hour of need. Hated leaving him but absolutely knew he would be treated with respect and kindness. This goes across the board from vets, nurses and admin and anyone else who works there to keep it functioning. Heart felt thank you Jamie, Kelly, Stan and Olly the dog with 9 lives......
