The practice is run by two highly qualified directors, Mr. Peter Creber and Mr. Jonathan Tuthill, who are both BVSc MRCVS qualified. Dr. Simon Parkinson is also part of the team with his BVSc MRCVS qualification.

The practice is staffed with veterinary surgeons and nurses who are passionate about animal care and aim to provide the best possible service to their clients and animal patients. Mrs. Louise Beard heads up the nursing team, and is supported by Miss Sophie Powell and Miss Stephanie Swankie.

The practice is conveniently located in Malvern, with easy access and parking facilities on-site for clients. It is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays, and from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays for consultations and appointments. The practice is closed on Sundays.
