This was the 2nd visit, the 1st being a week earlier, and once again I am completely satisfied with the way the vet treated my dog, a fairly timid girl who calmed down and didn't even rush to leave! He explained all that he was doing/considering yesterday and if the problem persists. I feel well informed and happy with the whole service, the reception staff are welcoming and very pleasant. All in all a good experience.

Our cocker is registered with bowbridge. It's always easy to book an appointment and she's always treated well. Our dog's siblings and mother are all registered here and I've only heard positive feedback. Special thank you to Liz who saw us late on a Saturday afternoon to treat a poorly ear.

We booked an emergency appt for our cat as she wasn’t herself. Whilst not the news we wanted. We left feeling like we know how to proceed and how to keep her comfortable. Thanks so much for fitting us in, there was no pressure just an open honest conversation.

My Cat was in awful pain with an abcess on her face! I called them and found an appointment to see a Vet for Gizmo. The consultant done everything for her operation all in one day . Thankyou so much to all the staff and their kindness in my time of need

I have taken all of my pets here over the years. It is an excellent practice and I’ve always received very good advice and care from Mr Brand. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, so I can highly recommend.

One of the canal cygnets was tackled with fishing line a child had discarded. The vet & a nurse removed it. The line was tight across his lower beak & tongue, and bound tight across his entire body! Thank you so much for helping him! A very grateful cygnet and Swan Lady.

The vets my cats have seen here, Rosie and Noemie, have both been very caring, knowledgeable and friendly and I could tell are confident experts - making both me and my kittens feel at ease during health checks and vaccinations. My cat who was spayed here a couple of years ago was running around as soon as he came home! I just wish they had a hospital facility for out of hours patients at this practice also x

The building is a bit shabby around the edges, but never judge a book by it's cover has rarely been more appropriate. I have never trusted a vet more, both in the care they provide for my pets and most refreshingly in the prices. Everyone I have dealt with there has been warm and professional. I cannot recommend them enough.
