I have used this vet for 2 years. The vets are good and the website is handy to book appointments quickly. However, the receptionists are rude and pricing is dodgy - they'll charge you for your appointment one day and next time you come for your appointment they'll tell you that they "forgot" to charge you for some tests you did NOT agree to do. If challenged, they'll just say that these things "happen sometimes". Shocking!

Super friendly and helpful vet Mathilde, she was so accommodating and rushed through a blood test as we were worried about the results. Highly recommend them

Have a 6 month puppy, who has regular routine treatment here eg vaccinations and recently the dog stopped drinking and eating with difficulty walking. Very poorly. Relieved by the vet (receptionist) fitting him in for a check within an hour of my call. Also carefully explaining treatment options after examination eg inpatient or outpatient. Read a post criticising charges and care. Haven't found that, and to be honest if the charge for a consultation was £5 or £10 more than the cheapest local vets I would pay it. The vet gave different options, was patient and didn't rush consultation.

Over the years we have registered with a few veterinary clinics in the area, eac were okay but then we meet the team at EVC and immediately we felt part of a family that truly had our beloved pets in their best interest and treated us in equal measure. We have been with EVC for around six years and we each visit has been a joy, even when we had to make the most difficult of decsions; the staff were and still are amazing.

Very friendly and helpful veterinary surgery. I got a same day appointment with ease and a quick check over by the vet put my mind at rest.
