The most appalling contact I've had with a vet in 24 years of pet ownership. I cannot rate my experience lower. They have an extreme shortfall in dealing with customer contact and the relationship between pet and owner - which is something any good vet can balance, on top of knowledge of the animals. My guinea pig was left to die by their service. Strongly advise all to avoid and seek better, more caring vets.

A professional & caring service from Lucinda one of the veterinary nurses. Our 10 month old free roaming lop house bunny Stu was very nervous & jumpy when visiting Kriek & Gibson for his first nail trim. Lucinda was calm and efficient, managing to hold Stu securely and trim his nails with her other hand. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Lucinda.

I would like to share my personal experience at Kriek and Gibson. As a 1st time dog owner with a pet plan they have been brilliant at seeing my puppy with any concerns. I call them on the day and get an appointment that has put my mind at ease every time I have had a question. Can’t thank you all enough for being so accommodating and understanding. Thank you

This is an excellent vets. Everyone is always very nice and welcoming. When both my dogs passed they were so compassionate and treated them lovingly and with respect. I am so grateful for their kindness and compassion at such an awful time.

Great vets - I take my Mini Dachshund Sundae here with my dad - and she loves the Vet's and Nurses here. They have been great since she was a puppy - and Sundae loves the selection of Kong toy's, which we have bought many times. Thank you to Lucinda for suggesting us some really great dog trainer's - my Dachshund is anxious/ nervous and slightly reactive due to not so nice encounters at the park - so it has helped a lot with her anxiety - and something I have been consistent with - thanks for the suggestion!

This practice is one of a kind. As “mum” to two beautiful doggies I’ve had a terrible time the last 3 weeks with both my boys falling ill. I have been a nervous wreck and phoned them and visited so often. Tania has been so patient with me and so kind to my boys and they r thankfully both on the mend. Even the receptionists have been so understanding and caring I’m so greatful to all they have done xxx thank you so very much everyone who have been so kind and made my boys better xx couldn’t recommend enough

I've been bringing my black Labrador, Felix, to Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for the past two years, and my wife and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care he has received. The team is consistently professional and compassionate, making both Felix and us feel at ease. They provided excellent assistance with the health certificate we needed for traveling abroad, and the process was top-notch. They took the time to explain every detail of Felix's treatment and answered all our questions thoroughly. Felix is always treated with kindness and attention, which puts our minds at ease. The clinic is clean and well-organized, contributing to an overall positive experience. We highly recommend Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for their exceptional care and dedication.
