My cockapoo was seen by Michael. He was brilliant. Despite her being very nervous Michael knew how to handle her the best possible way and provided very useful advice and treatment.

Rita and Miguel at Medivets are absolutely outstanding. Rita’s knowledge is incredible—she explained everything so clearly, gave us real reassurance, and walked us through all the options and next steps without ever making us feel overwhelmed. You can tell she genuinely cares. Miguel was just as impressive—super helpful, proactive, and always going above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Together, they turned a stressful situation with my cat into something much more manageable. I’m genuinely grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Medivets because of them.

Had to take my dog to the emergency clinic over the weekend and unfortunately she had to stay the night. The staff were amazing, everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional and most importantly they helped my dog quickly. There were a few vets and nurses looking after her over a couple of days, they were all amazing and I loved that they’d clearly shared notes and I didn’t have to explain what was going on with my dog twice to anyone I saw. They answered all my questions and I felt much calmer. They also called once or twice a day to keep me updated on my dog’s progress when I had to leave her. Also reception staff very professional and even dealt with the insurance directly for me. She is home now and hopefully won’t need it again, but if I ever need an emergency appointment - Medivet Sutton are excellent!

Medivet looked after my cat when he could barely breathe and subsequently diagnosed him with a heart condition. This was an out of hours emergency as my usual vet was closed for the evening. The ongoing care and expertise he has received from here has been amazing and their longer opening hours and emergency availability are a God send when working full time. A very positive experience for us at a very stressful and upsetting time - thank you 🤍

Am fairly new to Medivet in Mulgrave Road after adopting a mature Cat. My experiences have been positive so they are now Polly's official vet. Every interaction by telephone or in person has been friendly and approachable. Time taken to explain outcome of visit to Vet including aftercare and explanations. Emotions of human also dealt with kindly and respectfully. Telephone always answered quickly and most importantly Polly was comfortable and not stressed at all with her trip to be checked out. Fees are taken at reception before your pet is returned. At time of visit Vet consultation fee £62 then additional charges for treatments which you will be made aware of depending on circumstances. On street parking available (controlled parking) but suggest to check the zones times and charges online first. Overall a good experience.

All the staff are super caring and friendly. Our dog has been looked after here since we got him. They are careful and understanding, especially when he has been in distress at being handled. We are part of the Medivet plan so pay monthly and do not have to worry about annual check up and vaccinations, or monthly worming/fleas and ticks. Would recommend to anyone with a pet, so would Dexter.

I've had about 5 or 6 different people in this one vet, it changes each time and I don't feel like I can build a connection. I like how the dog and cat area is separate. There is also a van (although sometimes blocked by other cars) ready to respond to emergencies. There has been a couple of times they have forgot to tell me critical information on the phone or in real life, which has led to some wasted time chasing them up, or being turned down. I do like it, but I just feel like it's missing some consistency. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive on the phone, but the experts are coming and going all the time for me.

2 years in a row we've had to have our dog stay over the weekend for the same issue. Last year I had 10 minutes with the vet on the phone who spoke about nothing but money. I told him how sad it was that all he was concerned about was money and not the actual animal. He advised euthanasia, I declined, his receptionist then called my daughter to advise that our beloved dog was going to be put down. I then had to call to stop it. This year, same issue, our vet sent our dog to medivet as unfortunately it is a Friday again. Within a couple of hours with only the Handover from our vet (and concern regarding not having pet insurance) they advised that he may have to be put down. We have no issues paying but again it's all they are concerned about. We will be collecting him and removing him from the £500 per night in a cage 'care'. Our dog recovered last year as we actually syringe fed and watered him last year, which they did not. AVOID this clinic. There is a reason they take overnight weekends from vets and unfortunately it's only for monitary gain
