We've been taking our dog to Maven veterinary in Cheam for the past 4 yrs. He's a rescue dog and was quite nervous, but Laura & Katie at the surgery are fantastic in handling him. He doesn't mind in the least going for a visit now. We are able to get an appointment quickly and he's seen promptly. His examinations are thorough and all results/procedures are explained in detail. We definitely recommend this vet surgery.

Waste of time and money. Spent £60 on a consultation just for the vet to weigh my cat and give me nothing else, no guidance on diet, what vaccines my cat will need (even after I asked he said I’d need to discuss that at a future appointment?) Tried to sell me unnecessary treatments/services and overall poor service, spelled my name wrong on formal documents and invoices. Useless place

Absolutely dreadful service yesterday. I popped in quickly to have my dogs claw clipped which had been missed by the vet when he was under GA a few months back. Katie on the desk said she would go and find a nurse out the back and was gone for 5 minutes to then tell me they wasn’t one…..! she also recommended I could go to a Pet groomers to have it done!!! After paying over £2000 for treatment a few months back I was expecting more professional after care not told to go to the local groomers. She then offered me an appointment for and hour and a half’s time!! I explained it was a 2 second procedure, their error and an appointment would take it from somebody else who would need it for their pet. Katie then proceeded to waste even more time to then look up on her computer what my conversation with Mike the vet was when my dog was booked in in the first place. All so pointless and wasting more time. I said I can not believe there is not one nurse free to snip this claw. She then said she would have another look, but no apology for the time I had been already waiting and was gone for another 5 minutes. No available nurses is concerning when there are sick and convalescing animals out the back. In the meantime Anneka appeared I explained everything & she placed my dog on her table, cut his nail offered him a treat and I was back out the room in less than 1 minute! How simple was that? Then Katie decided to appear again still with no nurse. I said to Katie how easy and simple was that??!! That’s the service she should’ve offered. Her service on the front desk was absolutely dreadful and her colleague Becky was not very polite either. It’s a shame you are not as eager to help your customers in their after care service as much as you are eager to send invoices for payments!!

Had to bring in my dog for an emergency stomach pump as she'd eaten something potentially toxic. Everyone was so friendly, efficient and so good with Isla. Made it a very easy and stress free process.

They have a wonderful team. Everyone is very kind and supportive. They helped me out a lot with my rescue cat who was very ill and tried their best to make his last few days manageable. And even after his passing they have provided me with a lot of support and kindness. Thank you so much to your entire team I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me 💕

If I could give a minus star I would ,Don't use this vets they are unsympathetic and rude , Sandra who deals with the payments and works on reception has awful customer service experience and should work for the bailiffs chasing you for money instantly like your going to rob them, Tracey who works dealing with insurance claims wont even call you back when requested terrible customer services avoid this vets, they have ZERO compassion ! AWFUL AWFUL PLACE

Malvern looked after our little boy all of his life and always got him the best care even referring him to the best specialists. He had a hard life because he had complex heath issues and his life was prolonged because of the care he received all the way to his final moments. We will always be grateful for the care he received and we would like to give a special mention to Chris who looked after Champ from the beginning until the end. Nothing was ever too much for him even changing his diary around so he could look after him/ try and save him. Chris really cared about Champ and Champ was fond of Chris.
