Most disappointed at being quotes £758 for our dog for taking 3 teeth out when our last bill was less than half this last time. We are changing vets after 14 years

I used to be so impressed with Medivet St Neots but our last visit was disappointing. Receptionist was SO rude to other members of staff, and even recommended customers in front of us to go to other vets (naming multiple) saying they’re cheaper! Receptionist then asked a different vet to see us as the other one hadn’t yet in a very rude manner right in front of us leaving us feeling very awkward and like we were an annoyance instead of customers who have been patiently waiting! Previously had great experience and have both my dogs signed up to monthly plans with Medivet, but will be moving vets as the attitude is awful from reception - didn’t catch her name but she’s ruder and ruder everytime we visit. Vet was lovely as usual, is honestly a real shame!

I would love to thank all the staff at Medivet St Neots Cambridgeshire and woodgreen animal shelter. You helped me so much with my cat Bear, he had been knocked over and his back legs and pelvis were extremely damaged, unfortunately we had to say good bye to our fur baby that day, as there was no way of saving him from the damaged that had been done. But the care and attention and help you gave, I will be forever grateful. Thank you all so much.

the service provided by Jade and Amy for my cat Poppy was nothing short of outstanding - perfection. They went beyond all expectations to sort out Poppy's problems with her fur matting and her arthritis.

We joined Medivet St Neots when we welcomed our kittens Bella and Chip to our home in December 2024. Since then we’ve had nothing but care and kindness from all the team at St Neots. From regular check ups, surgical procedures and more recently an emergency hospitalisation, it’s been nothing but top quality care and most importantly so much compassion and empathy. It’s easy to get an appointment as well. They not only provide a great service, but they care about your pet and how their owners must be feeling. We have never felt intimidated, silly for asking questions or felt rushed during an appointment. A special mention to name a few of the team we have had the pleasure to meet along our kittens care journey, Amy, Jade, Sofia, Emma, Chris, Shauna. Thank you for always being there for us and most importantly for Bella and Chip!
