We recently had an emergency with our cat and after other vets did not respond, we called Medivet. Although we had not been there for a few years, they immediately booked us an appointment and saw Dexter as soon as we arrived. The team was fantastic — they explained all costs upfront, kept us informed throughout, and handled everything quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Dominika, who was incredibly kind, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Amazing staff all around. A very pleasant experience during an extremely stressful time. We will definitely be returning for further treatment. Thank you so much — hello from Dexter!

I fully trust the vets nurses and staff at Medivet Temple Fortune some of them have known my Jack Russell most of her 15 years. She has had a number medical issues possibly due to early trauma and neglect and the care, advice and treatments have enabled her to enjoy life and has helped us give her a good quality of life and happy older age.

I left the Temple Fortune branch 2 years ago and returned because of convenience. They had new staff members and I made a grave judgmental mistake by reading the latest reviews and returning . On the first visit requested her to check his Anal glands, the Vet. wanted me to continue with my re-registration process at the reception and she was happy to clear my 3 year old Tibetan Terriers Anel glands. She had stressed him so much, he was having lots of mucus in his stools, it lasted for over 10 days. He had no issues at all prior to our visit to Medivet. So I decided to leave the practice. I signed up for the medical plan and paid for the whole year ( £ 184), when I cancelled ( within 14 days) , they charged me £125.17 for Simparica Trio @£20.86 per tablet ( retail £3 per tablet)and for 4 Droncit tablets- £20.48 @£5.12 per tablet( retail price per tablet£2.99). I am sharing my experience because, no one should signup with Medivet without fully understanding their pricing policy. I gave them the benefit of my doubt given the recent customer reviews. Beware.if you sign up for their monthly plan do not sign for more than 3 -6 months if that is offered.

We came to London on the 2nd of December and swiftly got sick. It wasn't until the week of Christmas that I realized, "Oh no, I need to get my dog approved for travel to Montenegro in early January!" In a panic, I filled out a few forms and basically told Medivet Temple Fortune that I need it all done in time. And they did. No panic, no resistance, no need to make it complicated. They just said, "Yeah, here's what we need from you and we'll set an appointment before you leave." Easy as pie. Then, I realized that I don't know anything about Montenegro so in a second panic, I asked if we could get my dog more insulin and anxiety medication for travel, despite the fact that we were up against yet another major holiday. And what did they do? They granted my request within 48 hours. Think of the best vet you've had. This one's better. And they did all this despite never having met me or my dog. They saw a dog and a dog dad in need and came to the rescue, like the great veterinary team they are.

I’d like to express my deepest gratitude for what the team at Medivet Temple Fortune has done this week, while helping us through the sad process of my dog passing away. The situation was handled with the greatest professionalism and compassion. We felt comfortable even in such a difficult moment. Thanks for the good work you do 🤍

Worst ever service, wrong diagnosis: without examining my cat, they rushed into decision for surgery under anaesthesia. The other vet said surgery was not needed. On Previous visit, they gave my cat medications without informing me. I only knew after I paid the bill, when I found lots of items that I did not know about including medications with side effects. I wrote them an email of complaint and they did not even bother answering me. I think I have to report that awful treatment.
