The group has a strong team of veterinary nurses, led by Mrs Melanie Barnes as Head Nurse, and includes Miss Sharna Breslan, Miss Sharon Card, Miss Karyn Honeywill, and Mrs Cala Taberner.

They are closed on Sundays but have an emergency helpline number available in case of any urgent issues. Their opening hours from Monday to Saturday are 08:30 to 17:00, with a slightly shorter day on Saturdays, closing at 13:00.
