Had no problem organising an appointment & all The Staff are very friendly & approachable Chris the Vet got my elderly Mum's Beloved Cat sorted & put her mind at rest

We have used this Vets for several years for our dog. Everything has been helpful and organised. The staff seem genuinely caring and know their stuff. Our dog gets lots of fuss when she has had to visit.

Highly recommend this vet practice! We unfortunately had to have our pet put to sleep recently and we were shown so much compassion throughout the process from the whole team. The vet was very kind and gentle with our pet and completely transparent with the pricing of everything down to the penny. Can’t thank them enough for making a very sad experience just a bit easier!

The timing was very good. A 9am appointment began at 9am. Matt the vet was extremely helpful and sorted out a couple of issues as well as the yearly jab. He was very careful handling our 17 year old cat. Very pleased.

We have been registered with Kingsteignton Veterinary Group for a number of years and have received outstanding treatment and advice for our dogs, but also for birds and goldfish. There is no doubting that all the staff consider the welfare of their animal patients to be an utmost priority. Their professional service is warm, friendly and efficient.

Could not have been better. My cat became quite sick, unfortunatley I was covid +. the guys were amazing, set up for me to hand him over in the car park, wiped everything down. were so kind and understanding. Really clear and precise with their instructions to me to keep them safe (mask wearing, wipes etc). I could not have asked for a more kind and compassionate service.
