We cannot thank Michelle & Hilary enough for bringing our dear Ben back from the brink on Sunday night. Ben stayed for two nights recovering & received outstanding care from all the Milestone staff. A big thank you also to Ang for your detailed explanations of all the tests carried out & the telephone updates. You are all part of an exceptional Team not forgetting the welcoming & caring Reception staff. Sally & Denis

It took Milestone over 2 weeks to diagnose 'dry eye'? Referred to Optivet, while expensive got the diagnosis correct. Perfect Pets would only pay part of the initial 2 hour consultation fee. Always ask if you can get drops without prescription, because a £16 small bottle on Amazon cost me over £35 at milestone. Insurance company Perfect Pets would not pay the over 100% price hike. But to be fair they also tried to get out of paying every other bill. Do not use Perfect Pets! Just felt a little disappointed by Milestone's price hike & not being advised like i'd want to be. The sooner vets are regulated the better in my opinion.

Milestone vets once again have excelled in their level of care and attention. My cat was admitted as an emergency and kept in overnight. Angela saw her on admittance and quickly assessed her potential conditions, explaining clearly to me what would happen and when. She also provided me with an idea of costs so there wouldn't be any nasty surprises. The veterinary nurses phoned me and kept me informed at every stage. Even when I thankfully got my girl home, my usual vet, Kate, who I see at their Kenton branch, phoned me and we discussed the next stages. The bulk of this all happened over a weekend too! Thank you also to the wonderful, compassionate ladies on Reception, who had the box of tissues at the ready for me!

These vets have looked after my animals throughout their lives with professionalism & genuine care. They have extended their lives, kept them free from pain and been so very gentle and kind at the end. I am so grateful.

We needed to have our beloved elderly dog 'Alfie' put to sleep due to an aggressive type of cancer. We dreaded the appointment but I have to say - The vet who met us was amazing. Everything was unrushed and totally professional and friendly. We opted to have Alfie sedated in our car before the final injection - this really helped us as it gave us time (about) ten minutes to cuddle him as he fell into a deep sleep, then we took him in for the second injection (while he was still in a deep sleep) it took no more than a minute for him to go - totally pain free and very peaceful. Thank you Milestone vets.

Always welcomed with smiles from the friendly staff. Saved the life of my aging Labrador when she developed a tumour on her leg. Offered me pioneering cancer treatment that worked! Mya and our family will always be very grateful to the whole of Milestone team for their continued support with my cats and kittens and 15 year old pooch. 10/10.
