  If you are looking for a new Equine Vet or this is your first Equine Vet like myself then please read this VERY honest review x WOW! The service that I have received from Simon Constable Equine Vets has been absolutely amazing x Being a horse novice I was so worried - I needn’t have been, from calling the practice and booking the appointment to getting a visit from the vet was as easy as 123! The girls in the office are so lovely they have time to explain and listen to you and helping with Insurance claims - it’s amazing they make you feel like a member of the family! For that Heather, Jo, Liz and Lyn we thank you so much x Heather put my daughters mind at ease when her horse was having an operation by showing her around it was great! Then there are the vets the ones I have met have been AMAZING! Laura & Ziynet, who I have dealt with a lot after our horse had an accident - they were so helpful took their time to explain everything to myself and more importantly my 13 year old daughter who’s horse it is. Nothing was too much trouble for them the care and attention Al involved was given was just the best x Simon operated on him and did an amazing job removing all the floating bone - for that we are forever grateful. Then recently her ould boy had to have tests and again the superhero’s came to the rescue with the newest addition Emily nothing was too much trouble explaining how to administer medication and how often.   Having to get the vet out is the thing us horse owners dread, but the staff at Simon’s really put you at ease and your horses are always in the best hands with these guys! They really take their time, explain everything thoroughly to make sure you as an owner understand and just put you at ease with everything that goes on. I would never have my horse with anyone else, and us as a yard especially love Laura! She is absolutely brilliant and has so much genuine care for each and every horse she sees, she makes vet visits super less stressful as she makes sure you understand everything and gives the best advice! Amazing vets and I’d recommend too anyone. 🙌🏼🌟

  Just had vet for my horse, I am so happy with Laura she is like a horse whisperer. She is so lovely to my horse, who is a complete nightmare to have anything done. I can’t recommend this vet practice enough. I would give 10* if I could. Thank you to all the receptionist staff who are equally lovely. Great practice ;)

  Been with this vet’s 3yrs now, would never change. Heather on reception/phone whenever I call, I hope she knows how much of a pleasure it is to hear “Heather speaking”. The most polite, lovely, and fabulous lady and she’s always so helpful, so thank you! All the FOH staff are fabulous but 99% of the time I speak to Heather, and she’s lovely, the first person you see/speak to really makes or breaks a practice and I hope this business knows she really makes it:) The care my horse receives is amazing, they’re so careful with him, very reassuring and on OOH visits although they’re almost an hour away they’re here within no time and very quick and efficient. Simon is incredible. I’d trust him with my horses life, straight to the point, doesn’t mess about and gets things sorted when needed. All of the vets here are amazing, and thankyou all, even calling me a week after my OOH visit to see how my horse is doing, the little things go a long way. I’ve never felt ‘robbed of money’ with this vets like I know some people say about many vet practices, I feel the prices are fair and I’m never stunned with a bill. I feel paying at the time definitely helps, they don’t let things add up and boil over which is great. My horse had a 3 day stay here for a lumpectomy. The stable was spotless, so thankyou to the yard staff who do the general care of inpatients. He had plenty of hay, and was very well looked after, I didn’t need to worry once about him. Thankyou all for your help from the FOH staff to everyone behind the scenes:)You’re all much appreciated by me and Zeus:)

  Laura came out sunday morning to my mare as she had colic she explained everything that she was doing (which i like to know) all questions answered she phoned later that day and the Monday morning to check how she was doing. Up above and beyond Used Simon Constable's vets for the last 25 year. Up above and beyond highly recommended 👌
